14. Dungeons and Dragons

"Ok so is it posted yet?" I asked.

"No," Lauren replied, "Oh wait no there it is."

Have I ever told you guys about how much I love Dungeons and Dragons? Omg. Like. Best. Game. Ever. I remember playing it every night when I used to wear my retainer.

"You ready?" I asked.

"Yeah I got my fake overbite teeth." She answered.

"Ok lemme go find the big square glasses I bought and my old retainer." I said looking through my bag.

Lauren scrunched up her nose, "Ew, you kept that thing?"

I slipped on my retainer, "You never know when you're gonna need it."

Lauren put her hair up in pigtails. I put my hair up into a pair of Princess Leia buns because if I'm gonna be nerd Imma try to at least be a cute one.

We walked up to Sheila and said with a lisp, "Hey wanna join our D&D club?"

"What are you two nerds doing here?" Sheila asked.

Lauren laughed with a snort, "It takes one to know one."

Puzzled, Sheila started to scroll through her phone. She then let out a loud shriek.

"This. Isn't. Me." She said through gritted teeth.

"Never knew you liked D&D, retainer girl." Said a passing jock to Sheila. Sheila started turning purple from anger.

I looked through my glasses to see the twins a couple feet away laughing their heads off. Sheila turned and death glared Rose. Josh kept on laughing until Rose tapped him on the shoulder. He looked up to see an infuriated slut.

"We should probably go." Rose suggested. And with that the twins took off. Sheila took off her heals and threw them at the twins.

I watched as she took out her phone again and dialed a number, "Daddy!"

Shit. Not her dad. Lauren and I started to take off as well. I started to call Rose.

"She's calling her dad!" I exclaimed.

"We're so screwed," Rose said. I could hear her discussing with her brother, "so Josh thinks he knows a place where we can hide."

"And that is?" I asked.

I overheard a complaining Josh before Rose said, "So apparently Josh has had this secret little cave and he never thought of actually telling me before."

"Where is it?"

"Somewhere under Crescent Hill."
