Julian's POV
I awake again from another bad dream. The nightmares are killing me. They keep me awake a couple nights a week and I end up tired as a result. It's been 3 weeks since the incident, why am I still dreaming like this?
"Another bad dream?" Jordan says as he comes into the room
"Yeah." I nod
He sits next to me on the bed and takes my hand. I put my head on his shoulder.
"I want them to go away..." I whisper.
"They will, don't worry." he says
I don't say anything.
"I'll stay with you tonight, would that make you feel better?" he asks
"Yeah. It would"
"Ok." he says
He kisses my forehead and lays down next to me. I look into his eyes before closing mine and falling fast asleep.
"Hello?"
I look around the empty room. It's dark, except for a single light above me.
"You can't escape Julian." she says
"You again? Go AWAY! Stop haunting my life!"
"You will always hear my voice. You-"
"JUST GO! You Can't control me anymore!"
I scream
"Hey! Julian! Julian wake up!" Jordan says
"J-Jordan!"
I sit up.
"Are you ok? You were fidgeting all over and moaning." he says
"I had another bad dream...."
"Well, I'm glad that's all it was. I thought you were having a seizure!" he says
"No, no I'm fine. Don't worry."
He smiles. I give him a hug and lay down next to him.
"Can I tell you something?"
"Sure, what?" he asks
"That, my life has been so much better since you came into my life. I know a lot of shit has happened and stuff but, you've been there. And I can never repay you for that."
"Don't worry about it." he smiles
"I love you"
"I love you too."
He kisses me.
I truly have a great life, don't I dad? You were right. I was successful.
