Julian's POV
"Oh Julian! Julian! Hello? WHY WON'T YOU TALK TO ME?" My oh-So-good friend Chloe says
"Because, I don't feel like talking..."
"Dude, it's been 6 Years. You've gotta try to not think about your dad anymore. Just think about getting through 7th Grade."
I wake up but don't open my eyes. I'm sore and tired. Can I just go back to sleep. I'm not in bed though. In fact, it seems like I'm in a car. I slowly open my eyes. It seems like my sister is driving and I'm Sitting in the Back with Jordan. I stretch, trying to wake myself up.
"She's up!" I hear him say
"Julian? You ok?" Madison asks
"Fine, just a little sore."
"You remember what happened at all?" she asks
"I got a call from some one, hung up then I passed out."
"Well, when they found you you were sleeping. They said it was a stress response to something." she says
"Hmm. I don't know. What happened other than that?"
"You collided head on with a car. They were surprised you didn't have more injuries." she says.
That's when I notice that I'm leaning my head on Jordan's shoulder and he has his arm around my shoulders. I don't particularly mind though. I'm too exhausted and sore to care.
"You should've seen your sister flip out when we got there. It was kinda funny actually." he says
"I bet. She overreacts to everything."
"Shut up! And no I don't!" she whines
"Whatever you say!"
"Oh, your car didn't take too much damage. It's gonna be in the shop for about 2 Weeks." she says
"Oh, alright. Say. You have 2 cars, can I borrow one?"
"Sure. The blue one. The silver one is MINE!" she says jokingly
"Alright fine!" I say, rolling my eyes
"So, your ok other than being a little sore? They told us that you'd be fine." Jordan says
"Yeah, I'm good." I nod
He smiles as we pull into the parking lot of the building. I get out and Jordan walks me up to my apartment. I tell him tank you before retreating to my bedroom. And that's when I realize, I lost all my groceries.....
