Julian's POV
"Danny! Time For bed!" I call
He runs in, in his space pajamas and jumps on the bed. I takle him (gently of course, he's only 3) and tickle him. He laughs and giggles. He was such a cute kid. I take hold of him and kiss him on the head. We both calm down and dit on the bed. I tuck him in and give him a kiss on the cheek.
"Goodnight Danny. I Love you."
"I love you too mommy." He says sleepily.
I click on his nightlight and leave the room, closing the door gently behind me. I go out and Join Jordan on the couch. He was watching and show I couldn't remember the name of. The Living room was a mess so I started to pick up some of the toys. A few Legos here, a stuffed animal there, etc etc. I hear the TV Turn off. I turn around and see Jordan gettingoff the couch.
"You going to bed? I'll be in soon. I need to clean up our sons mess"
"Yeah, but I'm gonna help first." he says
"Thanks. If you could get the toy cars or the blocks I would be grateful."
He smiles and picks up a bin. He helps me clean up for a while until the living room is mostly clean. Just a few scattered toys for Danny to play with when he got up in the morning. I hop in bed and lay there until Jordan Joins me. I turn over to face him and give him a quick kiss.
"Goodnight. I love you." I say
"I love you too." he replies
I smile and close my eyes. I was a bit surprised when he put his arms around me and pulled me closer to him. Since, before I even found out I was gonna have Danny. I smile and remember the first time I met him.
"Hi do you happen to know if they carry these light bulbs here? I'm a little new here so If I cant get them here I need to go somewhere else."
"Oh yeah I use those same ones for my apartment, I think you can but they may have stopped carrying them. I don't know they might just be out." he says.
"Ok I'll go check with customer service. Thanks" I smile as I walk off.
It makes me love changing lightbulbs. It always makes me remember that day. I never noticed it but ever since that day, I've just been
