~Jay’s POV~
Nat and Cae ran off into their small room at the end to get settled in.
“So, uh, which bunk is mine?” I asked the guys.
“This one’s mine!” Niall yelled jumping on a bottom bunk closest to the girls’ room. Harry and Louis claimed the bunks across from Niall and Zayn took the bunk above Niall and Liam and I took the ones closest to the kitchen thing.
The bunks actually were pretty roomy and had space for bags underneath as well as the closets for our clothes and bags. My bunk was right by a window and had a red curtain I took out my pillow and my blanket and set it on the bed and then I shoved the bag under the bed. At the foot of the bed was a little room, about two feet for like a bag or something. I decided to put my guitar there.
I rolled off the bed and out into the hallway thing, I decided to go into the kitchen and get the sheet notes for the songs I needed to learn which Liam had left for me by the sink. I grabbed the notes and I went back to my bed and grabbed my guitar. I started to go over chords to warm up and then I started to actually play the chords and notes in order and getting the hang of it. I had closed the curtain things so I could focus.
I heard Nat walk past humming along to the song. Then I heard someone start to sing along as I started ‘I Wish’ over.
“He takes your hand I die a little.He takes your hand, I die a little. I watch your eyes, And I'm in riddles. Why can't you look at me like that?” Zayn sang and then the rest of the boys came over and parted the curtain and sat on my bed as I continued to play.
“When you walk by, I try to say it. But then I freeze, And never do it. My tongue gets tied, The words get trapped,” Liam continued.
We ran through the song with a couple mistakes but nothing a little practice can’t fix. Nat and Cae were sitting on Liam’s bed listening and Cae was drinking juice.
“Wow, you sure learn fast,” Liam complimented me. I smiled up at him and continued to practice while everyone else went to the front of the bus in the kitchen to eat and talk.
After about an hour and one and half songs later I emerged from my bunk to see everyone watching a movie and playing ninja [a/n if you don’t know the game ill explain it in my note at the end of this chapter]. They folded the two booth things together to make a couch and there was a tv across from it playing “Finding Nemo.” I went over to a cupboard to grab a poptart and plopped down on the couch and watched them play ninja.
“MY TURN!” Louis screamed and jumped and slashed his arm hitting an oblivious Zayn.
“Ouch!” he yelped rubbing his thigh where Louis had hit him.
“Sorry mate, I’m a ninja. What can I say?” Louis smirked at Zayn.
Zayn rolled his eyes and sat down next to me. We continued to watch the movie and their game. It was Cae’s turn and she was next to Nat and Liam.
~Cae’s POV~
Hmm who to go for? Daddy Direction or Nat? I saw that Nat wasn’t really paying attention and she kinda sucked at this game so I went for it.
“HI-YA!” I screamed and jumped and hit her arm.
“OWW!” she wailed and started to rub her forearm. Harry immediately stood up straight from his previous position to hold her and he kissed her arm.
“All better?” he asked her.
She smiled up at him, “Yeah.”
“HAHA YOU ARE OUT BOOBEAR!” Louis cheered. One less person to beat woohoo! I started to laugh.
“Well as long as my girl is okay, it doesn’t matter,” Harry replied.
Him and Nat sat down next to Jay and Zayn. Harry put his arm around Nat’s shoulders as she cuddled into him. They proceeded to watch Nemo and us play. It was Liam’s turn. He’s next to Louis and me. Please don’t go for me I prayed in my head.
Liam looked at Louis and gave him and look. Then I saw Louis look at me and give me a look that said ‘sorry love’ and I saw Liam turn towards me raising his arm. Liam brought his arm down but right as I moved my arm he turned and hit Louis’s stomach.
“Ooff,” is all that came out of Louis’s mouth as he fell onto his butt.
I started to laugh and said, “Sorry love.” And winked.
Now it was Niall’s turn. Oh shit, he was going to get me.
I looked at him and gave him a look that said ‘please don’t hit me, get Liam!’ He instead smiled cheekily at me and launched at Liam and then turned and hit the back of my calf.
“Ow!” I yelped as I fell face first towards the couch.
“Sorry!” Niall apologized but I just lifted myself up and stretched myself across everybody sitting on the couch with my head in Nat’s lap and my feet in Zayn’s lap.
Liam ended up beating Niall; the prize was that he gets to choose where we have dinner. Yay.
Niall walked up to me and tried to pick me up but I wrapped my arms around Nat and Harry.
“Noooooo, you hit meeee!” I yelled muffled with my face in Nat’s and Harry’s shoulders.
“I'm sorry babe, pleaseee?” He begged. “I’ll buy you a lollipop.” he smirked at me when I sat up and turned around sitting in Nat’s lap.
“What kind?” I asked unsure and still gripping Nat’s arm.
“Any kind you want,” he told me.
“Okay!” I shot up and into his arms as we sat down on the couch next to Nat.
“So where are we eating?” Zayn asked Liam.
“Hmm, I'm not sure. What’s good here in America?” He looked at me then Nat and then Jay.
“Uhm, I like all food,” I blushed and looked down as everyone laughed and I heard Harry mutter under his breath, “perfect for Niall.” This made everyone laugh again.
“Well, we could have Subway, McDonald’s…” Nat trailed off as we passed a sign that had food places listed and I saw an Applebee’s!
“What about Applebee’s?” I asked everyone. Jay and Nat eagerly agreed and the boys didn’t have an issue with it so we pulled off the highway and into the Applebee’s parking lot.

Haha okay well this is ninja: everyone stands in a circle and its either full body or just arms depends, and basically everyone puts their hands in and your in a circle and then go ‘1 2 3 NINJA!’ and then jump away into some sort of stance and then go around the circle trying to hit someone. You fall over or get hit or leave your previous position your out; also, if you dodge someone’s attempt to hit you, you and that person stay in that position. Okay that’s it.
