~omg it's almost chapter 30~
~Louis’s POV~
After a couple hours on the beach the sun started to set and we were all resting on the beach on our towels talking with each other. The sun started to set and this means time for my plan. I nudged Niall whose back was to me and Eleanor and he was talking to my Caebear. He was propping himself up on his elbow. He ignored me the first time and then I nudged him again and he ignored me once again. I nudged him really hard and he fell onto his face. I heard Eleanor and Caeden start to laugh. He looked over his shoulder and glared at me and snapped, “What?!”
I gestured to Jay and Jean in response. “Oh yeah,” he said kissing Caeden, “be right back, love.” He told Caeden. He ran to the van to grab his guitar and Jay’s guitar. He gave Jay his guitar and then me and the boys got ready. Immediately Niall started to strum the chords of ‘It Girl’ by Jason Derulo. Me and Liam started to sing the song. Then right before the chorus Jay joined in.
“Cause I finally found the girl of... my dreams. Much more than a Grammy award, That's how much you mean to me. You could be my it girl. Baby you're the shit girl. Lovin' you could be a crime. Crazy how we fit girl, This is it girl,” Jay sang with us fading out. Jean was smiling like crazy.
“Basically, Jean, I was uh, wondering if you wanted to um, be my girlfriend? I mean I know we live a few hours away but I really like you and I really want to be with you and you’re really nice and sweet and I just–” Jay rambled on before Jean shut him up by kissing him. When they pulled away they were both smiling. The scene looked all perfect and cute, with the sun setting in the back ground, and the tiki torches blazing around us and all the couples together.
“Does that mean yes?” Jay asked her hopefully.
“Yes,” she replied smiling.
We all started to clap and cheer.
“Finally!” Cae and Nat yelled.
~Niall’s POV~
I took Jay’s guitarback to the van and grabbed several blankets for all of us. I brought the blankets and gave one to Louis and Eleanor, Jay and Jean, Liam and Danielle, one for Zayn, one for Harry and Nat, and then the last one for me and Caeden.
“Hey babe,” I said sitting down and wrapping the blanket around us. I also passed her my hoodie seeing as she was still a bit cold.
“Hi,” she said putting the hoodie on and then cuddling closer to me. We were all sitting around just watching the sun set and my guitar was behind me.
“Can we start a fire? And have a bonfire?” Nat asked.
“Sure, go get some wood,” Zayn said.
“From where?” Nat shot back.
“I dunno.”
“There’s actually a fire circle thing over there,” Liam said pointing to a circle of rocks to our left. “Let’s move over there and then we can use the left over firewood.”
So we grabbed out things and Liam and Zayn started a fire and I started to strum a few chords.
“Let’s sing a song!” Eleanor and Louis yelled.
So I started to play the first few chords of Up All Night. Liam started to sing and then soon enough everyone was singing along and laughing. I checked the time on my phone and saw that it was only about nine and we decided to stay on the beach until it closes at eleven.
We sang songs and danced a little. We danced around the fire with our tiki torches.
“Let’s go for a night swim!” Louis yelled.
