Heroes (a zodiac story)

Chapter four

"It's coooold." Lyra whined as they stepped outside of the airport. It was the end of August and already pretty cold in the North of Russia with 8 degrees Celsius.

"Then why didn't you dress up warmer?" Drago asked.

"We didn't really had time to change didn't we?" Lyra said irritated.

"We could go change," Ruby said who was also very cold.

"I hope they packed some warm clothes for us," Lotus said as the three girls went inside the airport again.

"It's okay! Go change, we don't mind waiting a little bit longer." Aiden said sarcastically at no one in particular.

After ten minutes the girls came out again in their new outfits. Ruby was wearing a pastel yellow shirt with a long black trench coat with big black buttons. She wore black skinny jeans with yellow sneakers which had a black sole. She also had her hair in a messy bun.

Lotus was wearing a pastel blue oversized sweater which was tucked a little in her white skinny jeans at the front. She wore black combat boots underneath it.

Lyra wore a black turtleneck sweater with a red trench coat, dark blue jeans, ankle boots and a lateral braid.

Lewis whistle at them."Looking good girls, but can we go now? My feet hurt from waiting so long." Lewis said.

"Let's goooo." Ruby said as she walked away.

"Did she just ignore me?" Lewis asked dumbfounded.

"Oh trust me. She heard you." Drago said snickering as they followed the girl.

''Why didn't you girls change at the hotel?" Aiden asked.

"And tell me why again are we walking instead of taking a cab?" Lewis asked.

"Didn't you guys listen? Hydra told us there was no time to go to the hotel first. And the village is so deserted that no taxi's go there." Lyra explained as they kept walking.

"Oh, I almost forgot." Drago said as he picked out a black box of his backpack. he walked towards the girls as he opened the box. inside were small little objects that the girls couldn't place. "These ear buds will keep you in contact with Hydra so she can help us." The girls picked out the ear bud with their symbol on it and put it in their ear. "You can turn them off and on by touching them."

The girls nod and turned the device on, so did the boys. "Well that took some time for you to turn them on." everyone heard in their ear. "Did you found Gemini already?"

"No, but we're almost in her village," Ruby said.

"alright, I won't keep you guys up longer. Good luck." And Hydra shut her device off.

It was pretty quiet when they walked. They were all still pretty tired form the plane flight. It didn't help the case that they were all alone on the road. If we are the only one going to this village then I get that there were no cabs going this way. Aiden rubbed over his arms. He was pretty cold with only a t-shirts. Lewis and Drago had already a jacket on before the stepped on the plane. The girls were smart and changed. But with their old clothes were more reveling than mine. He would pick a jacket out of his back but people already took them to the hotel. That leaves the cold and him. Great. Just great.

"Are we there yet? I'm freezing."

"You know, it's not that cold," Ruby said.

"Says the girl with a jacket."

"We're here," Lotus said and Aiden looked at the little village.

It was just what they expected, a small village with people starring at them. The villagers weren't really fond of city people. Every time they came here something bad was going to happen. But luckily the villagers had a girl that's been often enough in the city to get those people away.

"Anastasia!" One of the villagers shouted.

A natural redhead came walking out of the crowd. She has short hair with silver eyes that can see your soul. She walked up to the group strangers and say something in Russian.

"Sorry, but we don't speak Russian," Drago said.

"Anadyr is that way," Anastasia said as she pointed in some direction and she walked away.

"Wait! We....uhh." Lyra let out a sign to calm herself. "Look, Ana, we really need you to help us out. Please? Just hear us out okay?"

" a Little bit weird but then again, I'm weird. So I'll listen to you." Anastasia said as she followed Lyra.

"Do you know the zodiac?" Lyra asked.

"Yes, I'm a Близнецы."

Lyra gaped at the girl. "You mean...Gemini?"

"If that's Близнецы in English then yes. I'm a Gemini."

Lyra then did what the boys did to her. After it was over Lyra started to explain everything she knows about it as Anastasia nods.

"Alright, then I will get ready. You guys can wait here it won't take long." Anastasia says as she walks back at the group with Lyra.

"I'm guessing we can ad Gemini to our team?" Drago asked.

"What do you think," Lyra said back.

After a few minutes, Anastasia came back with her bag. "Where are we going next?"

"To the hotel. Our plane to India will leave tomorrow." Aiden said.

"Party pooper," Anastasia said and started walking.

Ruby and the girls walked up to them. "Hey I'm Ruby and these are Lyra and Lotus."

"Nice to meet you! I'm Anastasia but call me Ana." Ana said with a smile.

"Oh, and those guys are Lewis, Drago, and Aiden," Lyra said and the girls kept chatting with each other all the way to the hotel. In the hotel, the Boys and girls separated to go to their rooms.

Ana is lying on one of the four beds. "So who are we going to get in India?"

"Taurus," Ruby said as she and Lyra looked at their new clothes in their bag.

Ana sat up on her bed and looked at Lotus. "Oooooooeeee. I wonder what will happen there because with me was bor-ing. I wonder what he would be like; a boy with a temper or will he be a HUGE flirt? Will you be alright if he turns out to be a huge flirt, Lotus?" Ana rattled.

"Oh, I'll be fine," Lotus said with a small smile from the chair she was sitting on.

"Alright, but call me if you need saving from him," Ana said as she disappeared into the bathroom.

"Well, she is...something," Ruby said who was listening to the conversation.

"You can say that," Lyra said as she slurred Lotus out of her chair to look at her new clothes.
