I woke up that morning and I put on my black crew neck with my shorts that I made and my fake nerdy glasses with my blue high top converse I curled my ombre hair (Black and Blonde) then I grabbed my phone to text Matt my bestfriend so he can come pick me up as he does every morning.
To:Matt
I'm ready
From: Matt
why don't you just walk to my house I live right next door
To: Matt
your the guy you are supposed to pick me up but come unlock the door i'm coming

I always had a crush on Matthew since we were 4 but I never told him I was too afraid of ruining our friendship I fixed my hair in the nearby mirror to make sure I looked right then I walked over to his house. Once I got there I saw a car that wasn't matts or matts parents so I shruged it off and went in their house. I walked in to see Matt and this girl making out on his couch I felt my heart shatter I cleared my throught so they would pull away
"oh hey Taylor this is Kate" Matthew said
"hi" I said waving my hand
"hi oh my gosh Matt has told me so much about you" Kate said
I looked over at Matt as he smiled at me
"you are so much prettier then he described you as" she said
"thank you" I said "you are also really pretty" I said
"well okay lets get going" Matt said as he got up we all walked to school Kate and Ashley were talking the whole way there and I was just the third wheel I hated it
