Chapter 7

TAYLOR'S POV

When I woke up I was on the couch with Nash's arm wrapped around my waist I sat up and slowly moved his arm so I could get up I looked at the time and seen that it was 8:00 

"shit shit shit Nash Nash wake up we have to get ready for school" I said rushing over and shaking him 

"hmmmm can't we just stay home today" he said pulling me on the sofa and wrapping his arms around me 

"no I can't cause if I don't go to school I can't go to practice and if I can't go to practice I wont know all the stands and i'm captin I can't not know a stand" I said 

"fine fine lets go" he said 

"wha- now I can't I have to go get ready but I will be quick I promise" I said running upstairs I grabbed my grey hoodie and my shorts I quckly slipped it on along with my converse then I put my hair up in a high ponytail and and then I put on mascara and eyeliner then ran downstairs. I grabbed my phone and my backpack then I ran to the door not stopping when I grabbed Nash's hand and we ran to school when we got there Nash was breathing heavily 

"you okay" I chuckled 

"no that was a long run" he said still panting 

"you do realize that it was only 2 miles right" I said laughing 

"only?" he said while his breaths slowed a bit 

"yeah I have to run that everyday sometimes more" I said 

"how the hell do you do that everyday" he said smiling 

"language" one of the teachers said while walking by 

"whatever" he said back and him and I walked to class 

as we walked into class all the kids were acting like animals I walked over to Zendaya what happened and she told me that they might be going into an early summer because its going to take them a long time to 'get situated' for next year 

"when does it start" 

"tomorrow" she said 

"great" I said jumping up and down I grabbed Nash and sat him next to me and then I told him everything when the bell rung for our final class we all ran out. It was Matt me Kate Nash Zendaya and Trevor

"so what do you guys want to do today" I said while we all walked home 

"hey lets go to the beach and see what they have there you know they might have those ausement parks or maybe the concerts there" Kate said smiling at me I rolled my eyes at her 

"sure but I have to go to practice first Matt are you still coming" I asked 

Kate gave Matt a dirty look "yeah Matt you still goin'" 

"um no actually I-I-I-I can't" he said as we stopped by my house and Zendaya and Trevor walked to there's 

"why" I chuckled 

"because we kinda have this thing to do" 

I ran my fingers through my hair "okay well are you coming to the competition" I asked raising my eyebrows Nash went inside and Kate went inside Matt's house 

"I have another thing" he said rubbing his hand on the back of his neck 

"Matt you know this one is very important to me" I said crossing my arms 

"I know but I can't" 
"MATT ARE YOU SERIOUS SO ALL OF THIS BECAUSE OF HER" 

"what do you mean she's my girlfriend" he said 

"NOTHING,YOU KNOW WHAT MATT YOU KNOW THAT THIS MEANT ALOT TO ME ESPECIALLY THIS ONE I REALLY WANTED YOU TO BE THERE WITH ME SINCE YOU ARE THE CLOSES' THING TO ME SINCE MY MOM WE TOLD EACH OTHER THAT WE WOULD ALWAYS BE THERE FOR EACH OTHER" I yelled tears coming out of my eyes at this point 

"OKAY I'M SORRY BUT I CAN'T MAKE IT THERE THIS TIME OKAY" he said 

"OH GREAT OKAY WELL TELL YOUR GIRLFRIEND SHE WON CAUSE I WILL NEVER TALK TO YOU AGAIN" I said while pushing his arm and walking into my house I plopped on the couch crying 

"you okay" Nash asked while wrapping his arms around me I wiped my tears and faked a smile "yeah i'm fine"

"look i'll come to practice with you and the competition if thats what you want" he said while smiling at me

"thank you, i guess you have my back more than my bestfriend huh" I said

he put his hand under my chin and pulled my head up so I was looking at him "always" he said while leaning in and kissing me "but we are still going to the beach it'll just be you and I if you want" he said

"nah its okay I want to spend time with Zendaya and Trevor just not Matt and Kate"

"well if thats what you want then thats what you'll get" he said I stood up and so did he I hugged him then got ready for dance I showerd put my hair in a ponytail put on my shorts and my tank top then I drove to dance
