The following week was pretty, I was back into the routine of going to work, getting home and eating and then telly and bed. Alfie and I continued to text each other in the evenings when he wasn't working, We were simple getting to know each other a bit better and we were becoming pretty good friends.
On Wednesday evening we were both pretty bored as there was nothing on the TV so we played a quick fire question game.
Me: lets play a game of quick fire questions to get to know more about each other a bit more. ill go first. Are you a morning person or an evening?
Alfie: oooohhh okay, definitely a evening person, my turn.. what would you do if you were invisible for the day?
Me: Easy. scare everybody. Worst habit?
Alfie: Biting my nails. What colour is your tooth brush?
Me: Orange. Describe yourself in three words
Alfie: funny, attractive and clever ;) something that really annoys you
Me: all three of them are lies ;) hearing people chew their food. your favourite pick up line
Alfie: I value my breath so it would be nice if you didn't take it away every time you walked by ;) how would you want someone to ask if you would be their girlfriend?
Me: does that one ever work because its pretty horrendous ;) somewhere private just me and that other person as I don't like attention, simply ask the question when we're eating dinner or watching the TV. looking for love? ;)
Alfie; I cannot confirm nor deny if the chat up line has worked ;) not particularly..
Me: Fair enough, anyway I'm going to sleep up early for work tomorrow 😩
I made sure to set my alarm and then I turned of the light and quickly fell asleep.
