It was the same leggy blonde that approached him today at the café.
He was so awkward around her. What the fúck happened?
Now all of a sudden they're all over each other.
I let out a sarcastic laugh as I threw my arm around Ni's shoulder, "Best friend, let's get drunk!" I yelled as I took her hand and dragged her to the kitchen where all of the alcohol was plastered on top of the counter.
Two hours later Ni and I were all over the place, dancing and having the time of our lives. My mind had gone blank and I didn't care about a single thing. I lost count of how many guys tried to get it on with me, but I'd only smile at them and reject their offers nicely. Thankfully there were a lot of girls there so they didn't get stuck on me.
"Hi," a deep voice whispered in my ear as I felt the owner of the heavenly voice place his hand on my waist from behind me, "Missed me?"
I instantly recognized the voice. Asshole.
"I thought you were busy," I turned my head slightly so I could glance at him sideways. The smirk was clearly visible on his face. That stupid smirk. "Where's your date?"
He raised his eyebrow as he continued swaying with me to the rhythm of the song, "My date?"
I rolled my eyes playfully, "Yeah," I nodded, turning around so I could face him, "The blonde that made me ears bleed with her squeals," a confusion was written on his face as I tried to explain who I was talking about, "the girl that came to you today at the café?"
Axel let out a chuckle as realization hit him, "Oh you're talking about Karina," a smirk grew on his face, "why are you asking though?" Raising his eyebrow he pulled me closer and leaned in as he looked intensely into my eyes, "are you jealous?"
I leaned in closer, holding his deep gaze as our lips barely touched, "No, I am not jealous." And with that I put my hands on his chest, pushing him away as I turned around and walked towards the kitchen, leaving him in the middle of the room.
I poured myself another glass of whiskey as I sat down on one of the chairs in the kitchen, feeling the exhaustion take over me. I found myself leaning against the table as my eyelids began to feel heavy.
"Are you tired?" I glanced up and saw Axel standing next to me, "Do you want me to drive you home?"
I shook my head, "No, it's okay," I let out a chuckle, "I came with my best friend and she's probably still dancing around."
"I can get my friend to drop her off at her house later?" He said, his eyes never leaving mine.
That sounded like a good idea, plus the fact that the both of us were hella drunk. I nodded my head, "Yeah, that'd be great."
The exhausting was taking over my whole body and I slowly stood up.
"You can go outside to the car and I'll tell my friend," he took my hand, helping me stand up before releasing it and walking away into the crowd of people.
As I walked outside the cold air hit my skin, sending shivers down my body. I glanced around, noticing the red Audi that belong to Axel, I started walking towards it.
Not even ten seconds after I came to a stop next to the passengers door, I heard footsteps that belonged to the asshole that slowly began making his way into my mind, taking over it. I shook my head. No.
"Are you cold?" He said and I turned to look at him, his jacket was in his hands as he came closer to me and wrapped the huge black leather jacket around my shoulders, slightly rubbing my arms before opening the passengers door.
