  Your POV
We walked into the Great Hall and it felt so...empty. We made our way to the Slytherin table where Blaise and Pansy were.

"Hey guys." I said.

"Hey YN." Blaise greeted.

Pansy just kept silent.

"What's the matter Pansy?" I asked.

"Nothing." She muttered.

"Okay." I said sitting down.

Draco sat beside me and Professor McGonagall spoke, "Welcome back to Hogwarts!"

And the feast began.
•••••
"Alright you may be escorted to your common rooms, but 7th years stay." Professor McGonagall informed.

I shot a confused look at Draco before turning it to Professor McGonagall.

The years 1-6 went to their dorms while the seventh years stayed.

"Well, I don't know how to say this, but a new law has been put into place. All witches and wizards 17 and above has to get married and reproduce within the Hogwarts school term. We have taken couples into account. Now there has been a piece of parchment placed in front of you with a location. Go to that location to find your partner." McGonagall informed.

I grabbed my piece of parchment and saw that the Hufflepuff portrait was my location.

"What do you have?" I asked Draco.

I looked at his piece of parchment and it the location written was the Slytherin portrait. My heart sunk, and tears welled in my eyes.

"YN. We'll talk to Professor McGonagall about it. There's nothing to worry about." Draco reassured.

"What if she says that we have to go with it?" I asked.

"She won't." Draco said.

We walked up to Professor McGonagall as she was talking to Kingsley Shacklebolt, the Minister.

"Excuse me Professor, but I think ours have been switched up." Draco informed.

McGonagall turned to us with a warm smile on her face, "Oh! You two have different locations, my bad. YN, here's your actual location."

She handed me a piece of parchment, taking the other away.

"The Slytherin portrait." It read.

"Thank you Professor." I beamed.

"No problem dear." She replied.

We walked towards the Slytherin table and sat back down, waiting for the others.

"See I told you there was nothing to worry about." Draco smiled, squeezing my hand lightly.

I smiled back. "You were right."

I pecked his lips and we talked until the others got back.
