Diagnosis: Schizophreniform, with several delusions akin to Shared Psychosis.

                Patient B-145 was formerly diagnosed with Brief Psychosis. After missing several sessions of therapy and failing to take his medications, Patient B-145’s conditions worsened. He is now recorded under Schizophreniform that may develop into Schizophrenia if he fails to respond positively to medication and treatment. Patient B-145 displayed delusions that usually manifests only in individuals under Shared Psychosis.

                Patient B-145 is currently under ‘Shared Therapy’.

Diagnosis: Undiffirentiated Schizophrenia, with several delusions akin to Shared Psychosis.

                Patient B-097’s condition showed no dramatic changes since the last examination, though she experiences several delusions that are only observable in Shared Psychosis patients. Formerly classified as ‘Potentially Dangerous’, Pateint B-097 is now a ‘Regular Patient’.

Patient B-145 is currently under ‘Shared Therapy’.

Pinindot ni Rachel ang ‘Save’ button sa nai-type niyang progress report. Tumayo siya mula sa isa sa mga computers nila para tumungo n asana sa regular quarters para sa routine rounds nang makasalubong niya si Novee sa pasilyo.

                “Novee!” natutuwang tili ni Rachel. “You’re back!”

                “Raysh!”

                Nagyakap ang dalawa hanggang sa mapa-ungol nang mahina si Novee dahil sa sakit na nadama.

                “Ay. Sorry,” sambit ni Rachel. Naalala niyang bigla na hindi pa fully-healed ang dislocated na balikat ng kaibigan. Isa si Novee sa dalawang nurse aides na nabalian ng buto ni ‘Dagul’ nung araw na tumakas sina Jason.

                “So… balik duty ka na?” tanong ni Rachel.

                “Ah. Oo. Pero charting lang daw muna ako para ma-lessen ang exposure ko sa mga patients. By the way, Raysh, mag-coffee break ka muna. Ako na bahala sa task mo for now.”

                “Really? Thanks, Novee!”

                “No problem, girl.”

                “’Wag mo masyadong igalaw ‘yan left shoulder mo, ha?”

                “Yes inay.”

                At nang maghiwalay, agad na pumunta si Rachel sa cubicle niya para mag-email sa kanyang boyfriend na si Nolan, a.k.a BhoesxzHunnybhie_Kho@yahoo.com.

Bhie! :’) I’m so relieved and happy kasi nireplyan mo na rin ako after 50 golden years! Natouch naman ako ng over sa over nang mag-sorry ka saken. You rarely do that. Napapraning na ako during the past few weeks dahil di mo ako kinocontact sa kahit anong way. Akala ko nga may iba ka nang honeybee. :P Maikli lang naman ang 2 years bhie. Konting kembot lang magkakasama na tayong muli.
