"What's up you beautiful bastards? Welcome back to the Philip Defranco Show, I'm Philip Defranco and let's get into it." The dark haired man bluntly said before sighing into his hands, appalled by the recent events.

"Now today I have come to the conclusion that this will be our last show on YouTube due  to the recent leaks towards Google as a company for the last several years and the new law against Net Neutrality. Due to the outrageous attacks on persons on not only this platform but also other social media outlets like Facebook, Snapchat, Twitch, and Vidme. All companies were revealed as of last Thursday to, in some degree, be selling personal information to unknown third parties causing the deaths of over a dozen personalities such as Ricegum, FaZe Banks, Scarce, Chrisraygun, Jake Paul, and even Pewdiepie through out the span of two years. In addition the previously stated companies have all been sued for pushing political biases, erupting many cases of employees to betray their employers by exposing defaming content." He jump cuts only to continue on with the Net Neutrality angle.

"Secondly, the new federal law officially passed by the supreme court ruled that all electronic data on the public internet must be reviewed by the government before becoming a official website which follow a similar guideline to YouTube's old policy except where it concerns sexual content. The United States Government also has full right to randomly review your internet history at any time and allows all websites to create bundles and paid subscription access to their products. This includes news networks, entertainment websites, anything." He then continues:

"I am deeply abhorred by the actions that these companies have made and that's why I and a few other independent personalities have officially branched off to make our own brand free from the shameless piggy backing of adverts." the video went on for about five more minutes explaining where to find him and how he aimed to make a independent news outlet but that has little effect on the rest of the story. All that matters from here on out is that social media has been changed forever and the context creators all over the world became refugees in a sort of media despising future.

Unfortunately even the seemingly family friendly channels went under fire, forcing groups like the Animation Squad to abandon their careers in search of a new one. Of course the young group of twenty somethings in Arizona decided to meet up to try and figure out this dire situation. They all ironically met up at a Subway near their houses, which dispite the rather dire tone still called it by it's proper name 'Sooubway'. They all sat in a booth near the corner of the store. Out of all of them, Jaiden seemed to be the more accepting and put together which in itself seemed rather out of character for her.

"So what are we going to do?" Adam spoke up after a moment of deafening silence. Clearly none of them could have been prepared for this as James and Tim looked back at each other hesitantly while Jaiden messed around with her straw.

"I think it's best for me to go back to college. Finish up my degree in computer science. Just so I feel financially stable you know?" Tim responded eventually, following a bit more of contemplation before Adam said something again. Although he was very noticeably disheartened.

"I could try music, maybe go to college too and major in something...but I might not have the heart in it though." Jaiden and Tim nodded just to show that they were paying attention while James stared into his carbonated beverage.

"You know what? I'm not going back to teaching...this could actually be a blessing in disguise!" He suddenly yelled out and slammed his hands on the table; earning the attention of the employees and customers.

"What are you talking about James?" Tim asked after his friend was done almost spilling the contents of their lunch all over the already sticky floor.
