"Alex, Alex." I began to open my eyes slowly. "Alex, son.." I was fully awake by then and my dad said, "Get up, time to start the day!" "Oh no....."
*4 days later*
"Oh no....." "Come on, Alex, don't just stand there, help me pack the stuff in the car." It was already Saturday and I just stood there in amazement. "Where have the days gone??" I asked myself with sadness. See, on Tuesday, I was reluctant to get up but then, dad said me getting up would get things off of my head so I did. Boy, I'm glad I did. The city was great as always and we did a lot of things. Later on that day, we went into the casinos and dad happened to win a giant heap of money so it made Wednesday and Thursday a blast. On Friday, we went souvenir shopping and bought a lot things. I happened to get a new camera that took fabulous pictures and some clothes. Since we were leaving today, he decided to spend the rest of the half of Friday at the casinos. This time, he didn't do so hot so we went back to the hotel before he got addicted. Now, here we are, packing to go back home. I wonder what Mark did for his SB. Wait, why did I care? Half of the time I was here, I thought about all of that stuff. I would let it go but...it's stuck with me. I wish I could go back and change the past. If I did, would it make things better or put me in a different situation? Who knows. "Ok, let's go." I got in the car and we were off. "Are we still stopping by Country's Barbeque?" I asked dad. "Probably not.....but we can go any other time if you want." "That's cool." Really, I think this trip should have cleared things in life for a little. Dad seems to be over grandma's death and everything else and I'm trying so yeah.
