Astrid pov
I was bored practicing in the woods, when I heard something like rustling of leafs. I looked behind me, and then quietly walked to the bushes and opened the bush up and screamed " BOO"
Then hiccup came out screaming like a chicken
"AAHHHHHH!!"
I started laughing so much my stomach started hurting
" it's not funny!!"
So I stopped laughing and asked him
" why were you spying on me?!"
"I wasn't.. I was... Coming to tell you something important"
" well, what would that be??" I asked in an irritated tone
" astrid.. I..I... Never mind" and with that he ran away into the woods
" hiccup, wait! I'm sorry!! Please come back!"
I was really mad at myself! You had to ruin it astrid, now the guy you've been crushing on since the romantic flight on toothless!
I screamed so loud that Rufnut, who had been close by came by to check on me
" what's wrong astrid?" She asked
As a response I just started crying
" hiccup was going to tell me something well I yelled at him, so he ran away!"
" I'm sorry, want me to go talk to him?"
" he probably doesn't even want to see me!"
" I'll go talk to him"
Hiccup pov
After astrid screamed at me, I lost faith and ran away as fast as I could into the woods, and jumped onto toothless for an evening flight.
" let's go bud!"
With that we went into the air, and I screamed and started crying
" I was just plain stupid, trying to talk to astrid! She probably hates me!"
" I don't think that's true" came a voice from behind me
It was Ruffnut, I asked her " what are you doing here?"
" I came to tell you that astrid wants you to talk to her..."
" really?!"
" yeah, don't want to keep her waiting!"
" but then, why did she yell at me?'
" go ask her"
With that I went back to the forest to see a crying astrid, I went to her side and asked " what's wrong?"
" you left, and I thought you weren't gonna come back!"
" well, I'm back and I'm gonna tell what I was gonna say earlier"
" go ahead"
" Astrid, I ...like....you"
With that she stopped crying, and stared at metro a while before leaping on top of me, and giving me a deep, passionate kiss! I was really surprised, bit kissed her back.
" I like you too!!"
After that night, me and her went into my hut, and cuddled for a good night of sleep
