This takes place after httyd 2, but stoick didn't die
Hiccups POV
I was sleeping very soundly on my comfortable bed, when someone barges in through the doors
I couldn't see clearly, but I swear I could see some blond hair, so I guessed it was Astrid
"HEY" She Yelled
"Hey babe" I said
"Oh! Sorry! Did I wake you?"
"No it's fine" I Said as I pulled her onto the bed "What are you up so early for?"
She looked hesitant
"I wanted to tell you that ..... ummm.. your dad is happy about the wedding!" She said with some uncertainty
"O....K.." I said
She smiled and pushed me off the bed,
"Take a shower, and meet me downstairs"
I nodded
Astrid's POV
As I walked downstairs, I saw stoick waiting for me
He smiled and pointed at a seat
I walked over and sat down
"So!" He said
I smiled "What?"
"How's the baby doing?" He Asks
I try to hold in a gasp, but I fail and gasp very loudly
He smiles
"How do you know?" I ask
"My wife saw you, and the symptoms. She told me"
I was surprised
"She says it's a boy"
I smile a little
"You should tell Hiccup" he tells me
My smile faltered
"I tried, but I couldn't..."
"I understand" he said "I remember when Valka tried telling me about hiccup..." he looked like he was thinking about that day, deep in thought
"I think you should tell him" he said after a while of silence
I hesitated
maybe he would be better off without me, maybe I cause him to much trouble
I decided that I should at least tell him, since it was also his baby
I put a hand over my belly, before saying "okay"
