Chapter 11. Dont talk to me

Mitch's POV.

I told him everything. I know I shouldn't have but I did. I told him about Scott's self harm and about him running away, about how we were actually together. "Wait so. So you are gay?" Tom asks cautiously. "Ah yeah" I say shyly. "Hey it's okay. No need to be shy about it" Tom says and places his hand on top of mine.

"But see, Scott understands me, like no one else does" I say moving my hand away. "But do you love him" Tom asks me. "I think so" I say back. "Mitch. Sometimes you may think you like someone, but in the big picture they might be holding you back from finding the person you are going to spend the rest of your life with" he says with such passion. I don't know what to do. But next thing I know Tom is leaning over. Leaning in to kiss me.

Scott POV.

(This is at the same time ^ that is happening if that makes sense)

I sit out side the restaurant for a bit. I feel tears falling down my face. Maybe it was wrong of me to leave. I should go back inside and apologise, to Mitch that is, not Tom. I think of what to say in my head. "Mitch I'm sorry I love you. I just overreacted. Please please forgive me" yep that's what I will say.

I walk back in the shop. I see Mitch sitting at our table. But he isn't alone. Taking another look I see he is sitting with Tom. I feel more tears falling down my face. I look around the restaurant. There is only two other couples in the shop.

The next thing I see kills me inside. I can't deal with this. I see Tom lean In and kiss Mitch. I can't hold back the tears now. They finish the kiss and I see Mitch smiling at Tom. Mitch looks around. He scans the whole restaurant. When he sees me he stands up. I'm still in shock and I can't move. "Sc..Scott" he says with glassy eyes.

"Don't talk to me ever again." I say quietly. I turn and exit the store. I'm done. Why. Why. What have I ever done. I walk over to the car and I grab my phone from the front seat. I take off the ring that Mitch gave me and put it on the front seat as well. I slam the car door and walk off. I decide to call Kirstie.

"Hey Kirstie. Was wondering if you could pick me up" I say into the phone. "Sure Scottie you okay. You sound like you've been crying." She says worriedly. "I'll tell you when you get here" I say trying to be happier. I tell her where I am. And in minutes she arrives.

I tell her everything that has happened. As we leave the car park, I see Mitch walk out the door of the restaurant.

I look over at Kirstie, she seems to be dressed up. "Have I ruined plans" I ask. "Ah no. I was just about to call you and invite you anyway" she says. "Invite? Invite me to where" I ask.

"To Kevin's Party..." She says with a smirk
