Chapter 16. Punches

Mitch's POV.

I guess Scott and I are all good. Hopefully we stay like that for a while. I'm still I'm this stupid hospital. I hate hospitals, they are never clean. Scott has fallen asleep on the chair, even after I begged him to go home. I slowly drift off to sleep as well.

Well at least before I'm disturbed by someone knocking over a chair that is placed near the door to my bedroom. I quickly open my eyes to see a man standing at the end of my bed. "MITCH!!" The man yells. This wakes Scott up. "Wh.. What is going... On" Scott says sleepily. Once he is awake he realises who the man is. "Get out of here" he says firmly. "Now!!" He raises his voice. "No. I'm here to see Mitch!" The man yells. That's when I know who it is.

"How did you know I was here Tom?" I ask the man who I now know is Tom. "That friend of yours that Scott got in the car with turned up at the restaurant with another two guys" he tells me. The girl was Kirstie. He must have seen her when Scott got in the car. "And I asked about you. And if you were okay" he continues. "And she told me you were here so I drove as fast as I could to get here!" He says

"Why are you even here. You don't even know the guy" Scott says firmly to Tom. "At least I didn't run away with out letting him explain myself." Tom fights back. "At least I didn't kiss a guy that I knew darn well he had a boyfriend" Scott says back angrily. I wish they would both calm down. But I can't get any words out. "Why are you even here. It's not as if you two are together after last night" Tom says back smirking. "You have no right to come in here and talk to me like this. And for your information we are together, not that it is any of you business" Scott retorts back.

"At least I don't have random mood swings" Tom says back as he crosses him arms. I can see the anger in Scott's eyes. He clenches his fist. "Shut up" Scott yells. "What. Oh no. Scottie is upset" Tom says like he was talking to a child. Scott lifts his arm and slams it right into toms jaw. Tom wines in pain.

A nurse comes in. "What in the world happened here" she says as she looks at Tom who is now on the ground. "He.. He did it" Tom says pointing to Scott. "Sir can you please come with me." The nurse says putting her hand of Scott back pushing him out the door. "Where to?" Scott asks cautiously. "We do not support violence in hospitals. You will taken down to the station" I hear the nurse say as they walk down the hall. "NOO!!" I yell. "NO SCOTT. DONT LEAVE ME HERE" I scream as I push my self up. I swing my legs over the side of the bed. I can't let Scott be taken away from me.

A doctor comes up and tries to get me to sit down. "Sir. Please you will hurt yourself" the doctor says trying to sit me back down. "NO SCOTT!!" I yell as tears start to stream down my face. "I need Scott!!" I tell the man.

"Was he family?" The doctor asks after he calmed me down. "No!! He was my life. My world. My boyfriend" I say as I burry my head in my hands. "Oh. I'm sorry mr Grassi. But he did punch a man" the doctor tells me.

"No shit I was right here" I snap. "Sorry. I didn't mean to snap" I say back to him as he pulls a chair up beside my bed. "It's okay. I know what your going through." He doctor tells me.
