Chapter 26 Kevin & Kat

Mitch's POV.

Once we get home we are all tired. Well all of us except for Kevin. All he seems to care about is the Kat girl we met today. I really hope something happens with them. Kevin seems to be always left out now. I have Scott, Kirstie has Avi, and now Spence has Tyler.

AND GOOD NEWS. TYLER IS GOING TO STAY. Well at least for a few weeks. He will stay with Spencer of course.

We are all sitting on the couch talking. While Pitch Perfect plays in the background on the tv. Scott is sitting next to me until I move to face him. He lays down and puts his head on my chest. We both get comfortable and my hands flow up to Scott's perfect blonde hair. My finger get tangled in his beautiful hair.

It's funny, Scott will kill anyone who touches his hair. But with me it's different. It's cute how he gets mad at me. Even though we both know he is only joking. I love my Scott.

We sit staring at each other for a while. Until Kirstie disturbs us. "Hey can you two keep your eyes off each other for two seconds." We just laugh. "Soo is it real?" Mitch asks Kirstie and Avi who are sitting together and Avis arm is around her. They look at each other and smile. "Yeah. I guess it is" Kirstie says still staring at Avi. Avi runs his hand across Kirstie's cheek. Kirstie leans up and places her lips against Avis lips. ""AWWWW"" we all scream. They smile at each other.

Scott and I also noticed that Kevin couldn't keep his eyes off his phone. "Ooo who are you talking to!" Scott says directed at Kevin. "Oh. What. Nothing. I mean no one" he says confused. Scott and I giggle because obviously he is lying. "Are you sureee!" I say. Quoting from the little rascals. "Maybe." He says cautiously. "Come on spill. Where your best friends" Avi points out. "Okay okay. It's Kat" he gives up. Spencer and Tyler start awwing (don't even think that's a word but anyway) "there was just something about her. She seemed so nice." Kevin continues. "Soo. Are you two going to meet up!" Scott asks. "Um I was going to ask." He answers looking back to his phone which keeps vibrating.

A but of a time jump now. It's now when Kevin and Kat meet up. Sorry had no idea what else to write. So it's about 2 weeks after all that^^

Kevin's POV

As I walk through the shops towards the shop I'm meeting kat at, my hands start getting sweaty. So maybe I do like this girl. She is really pretty and she is so sweet. I'm just scared that she is only being nice because I'm in PTX. I honestly hope not.

As I reach the shop I see kat standing there looking at her hands. I walk up to her. "Hey kat!" I say as I reach her. "Oh hi Kev!" She says back. "So you just want to walk around." I suggest. "Or we could go see a movie!!" She asks. "yeah! Sure! What movie did you have in mind" I ask her. "Divergent!?" She asks excitedly. "Yes. I've wanted to see it." I add. Even though I have no idea what the story is about. "Well let's go" she says as she grabs my hand and pulls me towards the movie theatres. It sends sparks all through my body.

Once we have ordered the tickets we walk into the movies. We find our seats and sit down. "Thank you so much Kev!" She thanks. "Hey that's alright" I say smiling at her. We talk for a bit and then a couple walk in and it just happens to be Scott And Mitch. Of course. Scott starts laughing. "Well funny seeing you here" Scott says as he walks up the stairs. "Haha we decided to catch a movie." I tell them. "Well come on Scott we will go sit over here. And leave them to it!" Mitch says pushing Scott up the stairs.

"Did you know they were going to be here?" Kat asks. "No. Not at all. If I did I don't think I would be here haha" I say. She just laughs. Her laugh is so cute. It sounds like Tyler's. "Hey let's take a selfie!" I suggest. "Really! Yes please!" She says excitedly. I pull out my phone and open the camera. We take a few selfies just before the movie starts. We laugh at the photos.

I decide to make a move. I don't want to just sit here with a beautiful girl right next to me. The bit where tris jumps into the dauntless compound I see kat jump beside me. I turn my head. I laugh a little. "It's not funny. What if there wasn't a net" she says pouting. I laugh again. I still can't concentrated on the movie with this girl sitting beside me.

When Peter and Al get Tris and try to push her into the Chasm kat turns to me with her hands over her eyes. I decide to make my move. I reach over and put my arm around her and she buries her face into my shoulder. "Hey look it's okay Tobias is there now" I say comforting her. She slowly moves her hands away from her eyes. She turns her head to face the screen but she doesn't move it away from my shoulder. I bring her in closer.

A few moments later I feel my phone vibrate. I check it and see it's from Scott. I lift my phone up so the brightness doesn't disturb kat. The message reads. "AWWW. You two are so cute!!!" I smile and look back to see Scott staring at us and making a heart shape with their hands. I smile and shake my head and turn back to the movie.

Soon the movie is finished. And we both stand up. "That was amazing" Kat says as we exit the cinema. "Thank you Kev!" She says as she engulfs me in a hug. I wrap my arms back around her. "AWWW!!" Scott and Mitch scream from behind us. She let's go and so do I. "Haha sorry you two. We will be going now!" Mitch says pulling Scott away. We just laugh.

We walk around for a bit before getting something to eat for dinner. We find a cute little restaurant. We go inside and sit down in a booth. We order and we start talking. "So was this suppose to be a date?" Kats asks cautiously. "Um. I'm not sure. What do you think?" I ask her. "I'm not sure" she says smiling. "What if it was..." I ask. "Then I would be honoured" she says poshly. "Well then it's a date" I say back reaching over for her hand. She places her hand on mine. "Kat.." I say. "Yeah Kev?" She confusingly asks. "I think... I think I like you..." I say Shyly. "Really!" She questions. "Yeah..." I say back.

"Will you be my girlfriend?" I ask not making eye contact. She stares at me shocked. "Are you serious!" She asks. "Um yeah.." I say looking down. "YES. YES OF COURSE KEVIN." She yells and comes and sits next to me. She wraps her hands around me pulling me into a tight hug.
