The girl's eyes widened from the news. The boy smiled softly, running his fingers through his hair, messing it up.
The boy knew he had placed himself in a difficult position, for himself and the girl. However, would their new found friendship last, or could this potentially shatter it all apart?
'You probably hate me right now... and it's understandable... '
'Why would I hate you? Why would you think like that?'
'Because I didn't tell you in the beginning... and the fact that I'm deaf... you must hate how I lied to you...'
'Of course I may have been shocked, but that doesn't mean I don't wanna talk to you. You're an absolutely amazing person, with a wonderful personality. Don't you ever think like that, ever.'
'T-Thank you... ~ I appreciate it... I really do. Thank you Mi Sun for... still being my friend and accepting me...'
His words pierced into her heart, as she forcefully smiled warmly. She didn't want to just be his friend... she hoped for something more...
'Hoseok, remember how you told me about my brownies reminding you of someone special~ If you don't mind~ who is that person?'
The nervous smile on the boy's face softened to a warmer one. In the midst of writing, the boy was abruptly interrupted. His phone violently vibrated in his pocket. Checking his phone, he had received numerous messages. Jolting up, he remembered he had to be somewhere. Giving the girl an apologetic smile and wave, he ran off.
Smiling softly she waved back, as she sighed with a heavy heart.
"Could I also become someone special in your life as well..."
