Contemplating for many hours she stared at the heart shaped sticky notes on her desk. Grabbing her pen, nerves took over her. Should she confess her feelings now, or wait? Three weeks had passed since the first time they met, but she was still uncertain.

Sighing heavily she dropped her pen and covered her face with her small hands.

Love is such a complicated emotion, it can either break or mend hearts. But for someone who isn't familiar with the emotion it's difficult, and scary.

After a while of thinking she grabbed her pen and began to write.

Wearing her best clothes, hair elegantly flowed either side of her shoulders. Timidly she walked up to the spot the boy and her regularly met. But she wasn't confident to find him there, since he did say he was busy today, though she still persisted.

Arriving at the shady spot she found two people sitting together, laughing and hugging each other. Two people who were smiling and jokingly hitting each other. Two people who held each other's hand and kissed. A lingering passionate kiss....

Walking a bit more further, she squinted her eyes to get a better look. But she wished she hadn't.

The boy and a girl sat side by side, as he embraced her in his arms smiling warmly. As the boy looked up, both pairs of eyes met each other's. Shocked, his eyes widened as his expression turned to a confused frown.

The girl threw her heart shaped sticky note down and ran not wanting to see his face. Abruptly the boy stood up excusing himself as he ran after, but she was already gone.

Looking down he found pink coloured heart notes on the floor. Cautiously he picked it up, reading the notes, feeling shattered.
