Right, so this is a special mini chapter in a different pov. This is a glimpse of what Thalia's POV will be like, because she's going to have a POV in the sequel! also, choose: Hazel or Piper for the third pov? & choose what guy besides Percy do you want to have a POV? So it'll be Thalia, [Hazel/Piper], [guy] & my mystery person.

Also, I'm making a playlist for Puppets. Woo.

The second mini chapter will be updated next Thursday as a birthday present. :D

Happy Easter!

FYI- there are TWO deaths at the end of the book! OH AND IM GONNA CHANGE THE CHAPTER TITLES TO COOL FUNNY TITLES LIKE THE FIRST PJO BOOKS YAY

[17~1]/THALIA/:

The day after Hazel got involved, Thalia backed out.

Really, it was all L's fault. Thalia had gotten a note from her.

Thalia, babe-

There are two paths you can take, darling. The first ends up with you out of the competition and in the archery club. The second ends up with you joining your dead friends.

Which will it be?

-L xx

Thalia had obviously chosen the first. No offence to Bianca and Zoë, but the black haired girl would rather stay alive.

All in one day, she made her changes.

First, she visited Coach Artemis, head of the archery team.

"Grace," the young, auburn haired coach said, raising an eyebrow. "What do you want?"

"To talk," Thalia said casually.

"So we will," Arty said, obviously a bit off guard after Thalia's breezy, nonchalant answer. "Let's sit." She gestured to a nearby table.

Thalia sat across from the coach. "So," she started.

"So." echoed the coach, still fitting the pieces together

Thalia leaned forward, her elbows on the table, her head resting in her hands. "I want to join the archery club."

"Oh?" Artemis looked surprised.

"Mhmm," Thalia answered. "What do I have to do?"

Later, she approached the girls. She looked at Piper, then Annabeth, then Reyna, then Hazel. "I'm quitting," she smacked her gum. "See ya." She started to walk away, but Annabeth grabbed her arm and pulled her back so they were face to face.

"What the fuck, Grace?"

"Bloody hell, Thalia."

"You can't just quit, you bitch."

"We're all in this together."

"Isn't that from High School Musical?"

"Oh, shut up, ya whore."

Thalia twisted her arm out and walked out, slamming the door behind her, leaving the chatter. She leaned against the wall. Finally she could breathe.

"Good job," someone whispered, a soft, feminine voice. Thalia's head jerked up, but there was no sign that anyone other than her was there.
