How could I have not seen this coming? How could I not see her leaving us? What did I miss? I'm the liaison for my team. I'm supposed to see the things that they can't and I didn't see this coming.

Alright Owen, let's look at this differently. Sang's a logical girl. She thinks things through before acting on them. Which has to mean that this was on her mind for quite some time. Somehow she figured out that Dr. Roberts would be the only person capable of getting her away from us with little hassle, and keep her away until she deems otherwise. Maybe we should have been paying more attention to her concerning the process. We could've seen the signs. But she's extraordinary. We all knew this when we met her, and yet, it didn't cross our minds that she'd be even better with the kind of training the Academy gives.

So now I know the how, but I still don't know the why. It can't be just because of what happened with Gabriel and Victor. However, I won't ever assume to know the workings of a woman's mind. If my years on this earth has taught me anything, it's that even a mind reader can't explain what goes on in a woman's head. They're multifaceted, complex creatures, and any man who says that they understand them is a fool and a liar.

But none of this explains why she ran. Or where. Or how we can get her back. Where are you my darling? My love...
