It snowed today. The first snowfall that Charleston has seen in a long time. And all I can think about is that my 10, my beautiful 10, the heart of my family, wasn't with us to share in this beautiful sight. She comes from Illinois...she would've loved to see the snow. She probably played around in it with Kayli, wherever she is. Dr. Roberts won't tell us anything. Only that she's safe. Vic's tried to track his movements to see if he stops at any one place for too long or too often, other than the hospital, but so far we've got nothing. All we know is that the day after the Academy Banquet, she was gone. All her things packed up and shipped away, like she was never there. But we know she was there. We know because she took our hearts with her. Victor managed to track down the truck that took her stuff away. Everything's locked up in some storage facility in downtown Charleston. But no Sang.

I'm the team lead. I'm supposed to be keeping this team...this family, together. But how can I do that when we're missing the most important part of ourselves?

How can we get her back? Will we ever see her again? She's a ghost bird inside the Academy...she can disappear without a trace. Oh yeah, that's another thing. When Vic was doing his search to try and get a track on her, we couldn't find anything. The only information about a Sorenson family from Illinois, only listed one daughter, and that wasn't Sang.

But if she did come back, what would she be coming back to? A broken family who can't even be in the same room as each other without fists flying? Not at each other, they thankfully learned that lesson, but they're flying all the same. Who would want to come back to that? She left Illinois to get away from that. But she has to come back. I need her to. We need her. We're lost without her...
