Hey, guys! Good to see you again! Again, I do not own any of the Disney or Dreamworks characters. Happy reading!

Jack sighed contentedly as he flopped down onto his bed. "It feels so good to be back in the Slytherin dorm."

"Don't get too comfortable. We're going to be starting class bright and early," Flynn, or known as Eugene by Rapunzel, said warningly.

"Since when did you start becoming Mr. Serious?" Jack asked, smirking. He already knew the answer.

"If you really have to know, Rapunzel turned me into this," Flynn sighed, not noticing Jack's expression. "She told me that my 'don't-care attitude' was not good for me...."

"Oh. I see," was all Jack said. He didn't need to say more though, because his face told gave away exactly what he was thinking.

Flynn glanced at Jack and noticed his smug look. He rolled his eyes and sighed. "Something tells me that you already knew the answer to that question of yours."

"How can you tell?" Jack said, trying his best to make his tone both innocent and sarcastic at the same time, if that was even possible.

Flynn rolled his eyes again and went back to unpacking his things. "A whole year full of this. Just my luck." he grumbled.

Jack grinned, his mission to annoy Flynn accomplished.

Jack laid down on his head, his head on his arms, and wondered, Are Elsa and I going to turn like that? Jack knew he was a bit lazy and careless, but those were one of the things that Elsa liked about him. But there were other instances that Jack knew that Elsa would get irritated at those same qualities she loved.

Relationships are so complicated sometimes. Jack thought.

"Hey," Flynn said, startling Jack out his thoughts. "What teachers did you get?"

"Oh. Here," Jack said , handing Flynn the paper.

“Nice,” Flynn nodded. "Well we'd better go into the Great Hall now. We don't want to miss dinner. And," Flynn winked. "Our girlfriends." Jack grinned and they both went down to the Great Hall.

 ..~..

"Hey watch it Frost Boy, you're making the food go everywhere!" a girl named Megara, or Meg as she liked to be called by her friends, scowled.

"It's like he hasn't eaten in years," another girl named Esmeralda said, observing Jack as if he were a new species.

"Shorry," Jack said, still stuffing his face, and making it quite difficult to understand him.

"Hey, Jack!" a familiar voice said. It was Elsa. He quickly wiped off his face from any food that was stuck on him. After all, he didn't want to give Elsa a reason to get mad or maybe even disgusted by him. You could say that him being in a relationship had changed him somewhat.

"Hey, Elsa!" Jack said standing up and giving her a hug. "Where are you headed? Shouldn't you be eating dinner with the rest of your House?

"I've already finished my dinner," Elsa smiled. "I'm just going to go to the library to study. Want to come?"

"Oh. Um. Well, you know, I'm still hungry from my long trip coming here soooo...." Jack said, rubbing the back of his neck awkwardly.

Elsa laughed. "I get it, I get it. You don't want to come with me. That's fine. You just stay here and stuff as much food into your mouth as you can!" she said while steering him back to his seat.

"Yes ma'am," Jack mock saluted to Elsa, which made her laugh.

 ..~..

An hour later, after everyone's stomach was filled to the brim, they headed back to their rooms. Jack was able to spot Elsa. "Hey, Elsa," Jack said, giving her another bear hug.

"Hi, Jack. I'm sorry, but I don't have much time. I'm supposed to be studying with another Ravenclaw," Elsa said. .

"You're going to your room without giving me a kiss goodnight?" Jack pouted.

"Okay, okay, you big baby," Elsa chuckled.

As they leaned in for a kiss, their lips just about to touch...they heard someone clear their throat. They looked up and saw Merida's mom, Queen Elinor staring down at them disapprovingly.

"You two should be heading up to your rooms, don't you think?" Queen Elinor said sternly.

Both of their cheeks heated up with embarrassment.

"We're deeply sorry, Mrs. Dunbroch. It won't happen again," Elsa said hurriedly.

"No worries, dear. I just hope that you'll be able to keep that promise," Queen Elinor said.

"Yes, ma'am," Elsa said.

When she mumbled goodbye to Jack and left, Queen Elinor whispered to Jack, "I really don't mind you being intimate with each other. Just don't do it in public where everyone can see you," she said, her eyes leaving the stern look and taking on a more motherly like look. "In my opinion, sharing a moment only meant for two people makes it more special.

"Now, run along. We don't need any deduction points from Slytherin already being made," Queen Elinor chuckled.

Jack grinned. "Will do, Mrs. Dunbroch." He headed up to his room with Flynn, and flopped on his bed, ready to leave this day behind and to enter a new day.
