Hey, guys! Hope you enjoy this chapter and happy reading!
Despite that the nurse had said that it would take months for Galaxy to recover, she was able to heal quickly in less than two weeks.
"It's because of my magical energy," she had explained to her friends. It had been six weeks since she came out of the Hospital Wing and since then, she was now a regular member of their group. They were eating outside today, as usual.
"I bet the nurse was so shocked!" Elsa laughed.
"Oh, you should have seen her face," Galaxy said, imitating her impression of the nurse's expression. Everyone laughed. Now that Galaxy was hanging out with them, she wasn't so quiet and more outgoing than her usual self. At first, she had been a bit shy and maybe even a little intimidated by the others, but as time passed on and she saw that they meant nothing but good, she began to relax and open herself up a bit more. She began to watch Merida practice her archery, she went with Hiccup to see Toothless, and she had even played a few pranks on Jack with the help of their friends to get their revenge on his previous antics on them.
As the laughing died down, Jack thought of something. Something that he had forgot to ask Galaxy about.
"Hey, Galaxy," Jack said, when the group's laughter had dimmed down. "I wanted to ask you something. I kind of forgot for awhile and it just occurred to me now." Galaxy nodded, prodding him to continue. "Well, when Merida and I were out in the woods,we were practicing archery," he continued. "but what were you doing there at that time before we... you know."
Galaxy nodded. "I was scouting around the area." she said. When the others looked at her in confusion, she continued, "Recently, I've been feeling this very strange feeling. It feels like..." she tried to find the right words for her explanation. "It feels like something dark and monstrous is coming here to Hogwarts." she said, her voice leveling down to a whisper.
They looked an one another. "Are you sure, Galaxy?" Hiccup questioned. "That seems kind of out there. Nobody has attacked Hogwarts in the longest time, not since the Dark Years. And besides, most of the people who know of this place are the students and the teachers."
"But this feeling I have," Galaxy persisted. "It's telling me that there is something out there."
"Well, if any strange events start coming up in Hogwarts, we'll let the professors know," Kristoff said. "You haven't found anything strange in your scouting, right, Galaxy?" She shook her head. "Then it's settled," Kristoff declared, ending the discussion.
After lunch, the group said their goodbyes and Elsa, Galaxy, and Jack went to their class to Ms. Fairy Godmother.
"Hey, sorry for not backing you up on what you said back there," Jack apologized. Galaxy looked up at Jack.
"It's okay. Actually, I'm not even sure myself if what I said is true now," Galaxy admitted.
"But thanks for telling us, anyway," Elsa added, giving her a sympathetic smile. "Now we can be more prepared and alert."
"Yeah, I guess so," Galaxy shrugged. " I just can't shake this feeling off."
"How about we try to?" Jack smiled mischievously. "How about a mini game of Survival of the Fittest after our classes?"
Galaxy looked up at him. "Really? Are we even allowed to do that on the school grounds?"
"Well, if you were able to throw me up in the air and almost break my spine, I'm sure this could slide too," Jack teased.
