Chapter 21

* Anastasia's P.O.V *

So there I stood . In the lion's den . Esther and Finn were nowhere to be found . I saw Kol , Klaus and Elijah , just staring at me .I had to warn them . I walked gracefully around the dancing couples having the time of thier lives and over to the 3 most fearsome originals . They glared at me .
" Look who decided to show up ! " Kol spat.
" I would've thought you'd be halfway to Mexico by now . " Klaus growled .
I gasped .
" What is up with you ? I need to talk to you , it's serious ! " I said , annoyed .

" Yeah , well why don't you go find new players for your game ! " Elijah hissed .
They were about to walk away .
" Esther . Your mother , sh-she's trying to kill you . She did a spell ! " I blurted out .

They turned around with a look of hatred in thier eyes .

" How dare you come to our family party and accuse our mother of such ! We just got her back ! "  Klaus spat .

" Why should we believe you ? " Kol asked .
" Once a liar , always a liar . "  Elijah hissed .

I felt my eyes get watery as they walked off . A liar ?

I saw Stefan by himself too and I walked over to him .
" Hey , Anna . " he said .
" Stefan , I need your help . " I said .

" What is it ? " he asked .

" It's Esther . She is going to preform a spell to link the originals together and then she's going to kill them . Please . " I said .

Stefan looked relaxed .

" Anna , I'm sorry , but we've wanted the originals gone for a long time. Is it such a bad thing ? " he asked .

I felt the tears come down again as he left me and cut in with Damon and Elena . Damon was by my side in a moment .
" You look ... stunning . " he said , looking me over .

" I'm not in the mood , Damon . " I muttered .

" Hey , are you ... crying ? " he asked , wiping a tear from the corner of my eye .
" I guess you got what you wanted . Mr.Perfect hates me . " I said  .

Damon pulled me into his arms . Mayor Lockwood forced us onto the dancefloor , saying that is was an insult to the hosts to not follow thier tradition . I saw Kol , Klaus and Elijah with dance partners .

They were all watching me with Damon . Even Rebeka .

" Don't look now , but I think I'm making them jelous . " Damon said .

I pulled him closer , putting my head on his chest as we danced .

" Do you mind if I take this oppertunity to make him suffer ? " Damon asked as he twirled me and dipped me like an expert dancer . He lifted me and then twirled me 4 times into another dip .

" I can't do this . " I whispered , pulling away and running outside .

It was dark and I was crying sliently . That akward moment when you watch your life collapse before you eyes and there's nothing you can do about it . I felt arms around my waist .

" I'm sorry. " Damon whispered.
" Don't be. " I said .
" Why are you upset ? " he asked .

" Esther is doing a spell to link her children together. Then she is going to kill them . I tried to warn them , to save them , but they just .... " I trailed off .
" They just what ? " Damon asked .

" They knew exactly how to hurt me . Let's put it that way . " I said .

" Are you sure Esther is doing the spell tonight ? " he asked .
" Positive . " I said .

I slid off the gold gloves on my hands and wirsts and revealed my cuts and gashes from the ropes .

Damon cringed .

" Is it painful ? " he asked , gently caressing my wrist .

"Like fire . Do you believe me  ?" I said .

" I see no reason for you to lie ." he said .

Stefan ran out .

" Elena's gone ! " he said .

" WHAT ? " Damon asked .

Klaus , Kol and Elijah walked out .
" Rebeka has Elena . She'll kill her if Esther preforms her spell . " Klaus said .

They all looked at me and I turned my back to them .

" You were right . " Kol said .
" Anna , darling , I'm so sorry . " Elijah whispered .

I turned and faced them . All of them and laughed .

" Do you really think " I'm sorry " is going to make things better ? " I asked .

" I was going to show you . To prove it to you . " I said .

I held up my bloody gashes in the moonlight .

" I had no idea . " Klaus and Elijah muttered.

" I don't care anymore . I really don't . Whatever happens to you , it's you own fault . " I said .

" Anna .. " Kol said .
" No . The only one who belived me was Damon . The only one who cared ... was Damon . The only one who's always been there to wipe away my tears when you've hurt me is .. Damon  . " I said , grabbing Damon's hand .

We were all silent .

" Not to mention the fact that Damon's parents haven't tried to murder me the past millenium . " I said .

" I really thought she'd changed . " Kol said .
" Oh , and if Rebeka has Elena . She wouldn't be a problem for me to find and retrive . I won't let any harm come to my decendant . " I hissed .
" Welcome back to the dark side . " Stefan said , walking over to stand on my other side .

" We have cookies . " Damon chuckled .

" By the time you get to Elena , she'd be dead . " Klaus said .
I glared.
" I guess we still need to help them ... " Stefan said .

I sighed .
" It's only fair . They've saved my life .. they've saved everyone's life in a way . " I muttered .

" Go , stop the Benett witches . " Kol said and Stefan was gone .

They all looked at me .
" You look beautiful by the way . " Elijah said .

I held my head high .

He walked forward and kissed me passiontely , pulling me closer to him .

" I'm sorry . Please , forgive me . I love you. I always have . " he said and then he kissed my forhead and vanished , running to find Finn .

I would assume . Klaus stepped up and kissed me next . He was more passionate then Elijah , pulling me closer so we were nose to nose , chest to chest and toe to toe . He kissed my neck .
" I've always loved you . Deep down you know that . It was always you forever . "  he whispered and then he dissapeared after his brother.

I gasped . This was intense . Before I knew it , I was in Kol's arms .

" My turn . " he said and pulled me into an kiss .

He pulled back and looked into my eyes .
" That's just in case I don't come back . " he said , smiling crookedly .

Then he followed his brothers .

" Come back to me . " I whispered .

" Damn . " Damon said .

I turned to him .

" Please , don't you leave me too . " I said .

" Tyler ! Jeremy ! " Damon called .

Tyler and Jeremy ran out .
" I need you to look after Miss Petrova until I get back . " he said .

I shook my head.
" We'll be okay . " he said .
He started to walk away .

" Wait ? No dramatic exit ? " I asked .

He smirked.
" I had a dramatic exit last night , if you remember . " he said and then dissapeared .
" Last night ? " I whispered .

The raven . The lips .The kiss , it was ... DAMON ! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH ! WHAT THE HELL !
