My school counselor said that my friends didn't betray me, when I told them not to tell anyone what I've done or what I feel. So, them not betraying me IS telling someone about personal problems that no one can help. He is setting such a terrible example to smaller kids. May I remind you, this happened, like, 3 months ago. Other people shouldn't get involved to the problems or else, no matter what, you will feel like you've been betrayed, like me. Now, I will not be at that school this time, so, I hope they've learned there lesson from last time. Miss Finniss didn't listen to my friends and told him instead.

I really hate people who don't listen, so, if any counselors are out there, take my advice and Don get up in other people's business, because there WILL be consequences to your actions. I hate that counselor more than I ever have. Anyone whom is having the same problem as me, listen on what you have to do. Any anger or sadness, well, you should just let it all out, but not in cutting yourself! Write what you're feeling in a journal, its good to keep one once in a while, to say if you're feeling anything other than happiness. Smash something if you have to! Just make sure that no one else is around when you do, or make sure no one is home.

Have you ever cried over something about yourself that you hate. I do it all the time! So, if you're feeling sadness, just cry it out! Just remember these words. It's okay to cry sometimes!
