Happy Birthday (Lance)

A/n: I know his birthday passed already ( July 28th) but I didn't posted anything for it so I wanted to write this.Sorry Lance lovers I didn't know until it passed please have mercy on my soul! 😭.

Today was Lance's birthday,as his girlfriend (or boyfriend,i don't hate on gay's) you wanted to make his special day extra special for him.Its 6am right now,which is way too early for Lance to be waking up,and you are making a cake with the help of his bestfriend hunk.The chocolate cake was baked in a circular shape and topped with icing to make it look like earth.You were the only one he has ever confided in about missing earth.It saddened your heart to see him so miserable.So for his birthday you were taking your homesick boyfriend to a VERY special destination with the help of Allura.You checked the clock and it read 8:30am,Allura and the rest of the team were finishing up the decorations around the castle,you were supposed to distract Lance until 9am,even though you doubt he'll wake up right now you headed to his room.You walked through the door to see his sleeping form,not surprised,after all he is Lance.You sat next to him on the edge of the bed, looking down at the boy you loved dearly.i would do anything to protect you and take you home permanently.You absentmindedly stroked his hair when you felt a hand on your wrist and got pulled down.Lance's sleepy eyes looked into your (e/c) ones."That was one of the best ways to wake me up"he mumbled into your shoulder.You smiled at him "Wow your 18 today sharpshooter,i feel so young compared to you" you teased him peppering his face with kisses.He blushed scarlet,putting tomatoes to shame.You glanced at his clock from over your shoulder,9am time to take him to his party.You sat up "wake up, time for breakfast sharpshooter "you whispered ruffling his hair.He got up and rubbed his eyes.After what seemed like forever he was finally ready,you tied a blind fold to his eyes."can you see through that Lance? ",you were walking to the kitchen holding hands. "no! I can't see your cuteness or anything else! " he pouted.You undid his blindfold when the others jumped up and said "surprise!".Lance yelped and looked around the room but,instead of being happy Lance sat down and sulked,tracing circles on the tile.You bent down next to him "Lance what's wrong?"."It's just that this is my 1st birthday without my family"he mumbled,his voice cracking at the word 'family'.You smiled down at him "I can fix that",You turned to Allura.The altean princess caught your gaze and opened a worm hole.Your home planet was before you in seconds,lances jaw dropped."what you couldn't have-...oh (y/n) ..... thank you"he cried hugging both you and the princess.You ruffled his hair "let's get going sharpshooter".You walked hand in hand with your boyfriend with all your friends behind you on the way to his house,passing many "have you seen this child"posters of you and your comrades.He knocked on the door, a mix of excitement and nervousness on his face.A short Spanish woman opened the door, and started to cry when she saw her son.She pulled him into a hug and you smiled at the sight, my boy finally gets to see his màma and family.She pulled away from him and nudged Lance gesturing to you saying something in Spanish.His ears started to turn pink and he nodded.She wrapped her arms around you and said "now I have two babies"in English for everyone to understand.You and Lance blushed scarlet while the others laughed their heads off.You went inside to be greeted by all his family, his arm around your waist like you were a trophy.He smiled at you as everyone sang happy Birthday to him.Later while eating cake, you and him Painted each other's faces with frosting,blue frosting was all over his cheeks, making you giggle.You kissed the frosting off his cheek ,a blush creeping up his face "Happy Birthday Lance ♥".
