There are times, when I just want to look at his face. I wonder if I really love this guy.
The song ended but he did not let go of my hand.
Pumunta si dad sa stage and started to make a speech.
“I have an announcement to all.”
Hmm. Ano naman kaya ang announcement ni daddy?

The visitor’s applauded. Naramdaman ko na lang na humigpit ang paghawak ni Will sa kamay ko kaya napatingin ako sa kanya. Nakangiti ito pero parang hindi ko kayang ngumiti. I can’t just take this sudden news that easy.
What is dad talking about? Ba’t biglaan? Ba’t hindi niya sinabi sa akin? Why is he planning my future? Why is it that I’m engaged to Will? I can’t believe this is all happening!
Pagkatapos ng announcement ni Dad, nagsipag-uwi na ang mga bisita. As the celebrant i have to stand near the door with Will. Hindi kami nag-usap simula pa kanina nung nag-announce si dad.

Yan ang paulit-ulit na mga linya na sinasabi naming. Napapagod na nga rin ako sa kakangiti at pagpapasalamat.

“mam Yui, ser Will, pinapatawag po kayo ng daddy niyo. Punta daw po kayo ng library mam”
“yes ate, salamat”
Awkward silence talaga ang meron kami ni Will papunta sa library.
