My name is Rosa and this is my story. My best friend is Tessa grey. I meet her when she first went to the institute. Tessa is a warlock and a shadowhunter. She has been alive for more than 150 years but so have I but I'm only a shadowhunter. Warlocks can live forever and they don't age but shadowhunters can. You must be thinking' how can I be alive with Tessa for the long ' if I grow old like people. Well I was cursed by a warlock to go to sleep. I don't know who or why that person did it but they did. The year right now is 2017 and i have only been wake for two years. So I haven't really been awoke for that long. Anyway there is this guy that came called grey black and he tried to kill us. While trying to kill me and Tessa he kept whispering that he needed our blood put together for the spell. I have no idea what the spell is cause that's all we could get out of him while we were fighting. We wounded him the first time we fort but before he left he said that he would come back with someone else . Tessa thought that it wasn't safe for me anymore because I could die easier than she can. So she made or more like pushed me through a portal so i could be safe even tho I didn't want to do it.

That's was just the beginning of my story cause going through the portal was a whole other thing I had to get through. I had to get used to the idea that my friend didn't want me to help her in our battle. But it wasn't the worst thing in the world to do because I saw my old friends and I made some new ones. I even found someone that I could love, you may know her; Isabella lightwood.
