We landed home around midnight and I had both girls by the hands as we walked to the cars that awaited us.
"Ready? We're going to go have dinner. You can have whatever you want." "Whatever?" Sandy asked and I nodded. "We have like these menus to look at and you choose what you want to eat. You can have pancakes with eggs and bacon or burgers with fries. It's okay. I promise, you're safe now." I kissed both of the little girls heads as Sebastian and Jessica sat in the front. Seb drove us to the nearest restaurant which was a Denny's.
We got out and the girls clung to my hands as we walked in.
"Table for 8." I said to the host who showed us to our table and we slid in. "What's your favorite drinks?" Sebastian grinned at the little girls who giggled at his wink. "We only have tried water." Andy said sadly and we all frowned.
"Want to try some lemonade? It's like really good and you'd love it." Jessica asked them and they looked at eachother. "We'll take one." Andy responded and Sebastian looked at his wife sadly.
"No, you're both getting your own drinks. Like you can order anything from right here." I pointed to the pictures of every drink they had on the kids menu. They looked shocked. The orphanage really fucked them up. They were found on the streets by Sebastian which made my heart break.
"For us?" "Anything you want." Jessica's voice broke and her eyes welled up as Sebastian hugged his wife.
"What do you think nina?" Sandy asked me and I looked at her. "Of?" "Drink?" She was shy. "I like the sprite. It's my favorite but your nino likes coke." I told them about Harry and they looked at me.
"What does it taste like?" "What?" "Sprite." "Fizzy lemon soda. It's good, if you want you can order whatever and I'll let you try mine." I winked and the waiter came over.
"Girls, what do you want to drink?" Jessica asked and they looked at her with small smiled. "We want sprites." "I'll take one too." I said as the waiter scribbled our order down. We finished eating our dinner and the girls looked happy from what I could tell, they hadn't eaten in the longest time.
"Want ice cream?" I widened my eyes at them as I asked them. They nodded and I smiled. "Can we take 8 hot fudge sundaes with sprinkles please." I asked the waiter who nodded, running to get it.
"Are you our mommy and daddy?" Sandy got the guts to ask Sebastian and Jessica who nodded with smiles. "We are if you'd let us. We'd love to take you home with us and love you no matter what. You have a little sister at home already who is excited to meet you." Jessica smiled, leaning into Sebastian's side as he wrapped his arms around her.
"Do you want to come home with us?" He bit his lip and the girls nodded hungrily. "You won't hurt us.. right?" Sandy asked nervously making our hearts break. That question was directed to all of us.
"We would never. You're safe now. You're in our family and we will take care of you. You're our little girls." Michael said as Mel stepped away with Jessica, crying.
"What's wrong with mommy?" Andy looked alarmed. "We're just sad about what happened to you two is all. We're going to take care of you. Mommy and tia Mel are just really happy to have you here with us." Anthony said with a smile and they nodded and our sundaes arrived when Mel and Jess did.
The girls moaned in satisfaction as they tried their ice cream making us all chuckle, eating ours. We watched them and I turned to them. "Do you want anymore food before we leave? We can get you whatever you want. You still hungry?" I asked and they shook their heads, holding their belly's.
"No. We're full." Sandy giggled with her sister which made us all smile. "Good, tomorrow you get to come over to my house and meet your nino." I smiled and they giggled as I tickled them. Sebastian insisted on paying the bill, much to our dismay before we went to the cars.
Sebastian and Jessica drove me home after Mel, Anthony and Michael said bye to the girls.
"Nina you live here?!" Andy was surprised making me giggle.
"Yes, your house is big like this too. You have a lot of room to run around." I sighed and got out the car with the girls, hugging them tightly.
"I'll see you two tomorrow okay?" I asked and they nodded sadly, hugging me tighter. "I love you guys. Mommy and daddy are going to take you home and tomorrow your nino and me will take you dress shopping while mommy and daddy get your rooms ready for you." I looked at Sebastian who nodded.
"Dresses?" Sandy asked with a shock expression as Sebastian handed me my bag. "Yes. Any clothes you want. Shoes. Toys. Whatever it is your heart desires we'll by it for you guys." "Can you teach us to read mommy?" Andy asked nervously and Jessica could barely keep it together as she bent down.
"Of course baby." She hugged them and I stood up, hugging Sebastian and Jessica. "Congratulations." I smiled at them and they smiled at me. "Thank you." Jessica mouthed and I kissed her cheek. I pressed a kiss to the girls cheek before landing on Sebastian's cheek. I walked inside and looked at the time on my phone, 3 in the morning.
I walked in and turned the alarm off before going upstairs. Smiling at Harry's sleeping figure in the bed. I stripped to my underwear and bra before sliding on Harry's shirt that was on the floor.
I cuddled into his chest as I laid in bed, cuddling into his chest and we fell asleep. I was actually able to fall asleep for the first time in a long time.
