Chapter 46

We arrived at the outlets and got out. I looked at the girls who were amazed at what they saw. "Nina!" Sandy hugged my leg as a car drove down the parking lot. "It's okay. Don't let go of my hand okay?" I asked and she held onto my hand and Harry's arm snaked around my waist. Andy clung to his hand and we walked towards the various stores. 

"So. How'd you two meet?" Gemma asked, she seemed to eye me differently now. She had a hint of what seemed to be jealousy in her tone and eyes. "He was one of my clients." I said and she nodded slowly. 

"How'd you hit it off?" Anne asked and Harry grinned at me. "She made me wait for my results and I got pissed off one day and just barged into her office unannounced. She was nothing of what I expected, granted I never meet her even though I hired her. I immediately fell in love with her." I blushed and hid in his side. 

His mom awed and leaned into Robin's side as he pressed a kiss to her head. Gemma was still staring at us which made me a little uncomfortable but I paid it no mind. 

"Do you guys want a divorce?" She asked and we laughed. 

"From him? Never. It's a joking thing. Empty threats." I explained and Harry nodded, going into the first store we found which was GAP. Harry opened the door for us, allowing all of us to go in before entering himself. 

His arm found its way around my waist and I looked up at him. "What are we going to buy them first?" He asked and I looked at their torn shoes. "Shoes. We need to now." I said and he nodded, leading me to the shoe section. 

"Alright girls, what's your favorite color?" I asked and sat them on the little bench in the center of the aisle. Gemma, Anne and Robin went looking for Jackson's clothes. 

"Pink." They both said and giggled making me chuckle. "Well, this is your section for shoes. Pick out which ever one you want to wear now and some to wear some other day." I pointed to the racks and they got up, looking through the vast ranges of shoes. 

I leaned into Harry's side as we watched them. My eyes trailed to their shoes which were tennis shoes with holes on them. I'm sure if I examined them while they were off I'd see holes at the bottom soul. That made my heart hurt. 

"Can I have these?" Andy asked holding up a pair of black and pink slip on shoes. I bent down to her and sat her on the bench. 

"First we got to try them on, then we'll see if we need a bigger size." I winked, taking off her shoes and fixing her sock. Harry did the same with Sandy and we checked them out for them. 

"You can have them. For sure." I winked and she giggled, sliding her old shoe back on and went to look for another pair. 

"How many can we get?" Sandy asked me as she took another pair out. "Get like 2 or 3. Mommy and Daddy are going to take you shopping later on this week. They just need to finish your room." Harry said and they nodded, handing me the pairs they wanted. 

I put them in the cart and they held onto Harry's hands as we walked. "Now. This is the fun part. You guys get to choose clothes out. You can pick whatever you want." They looked at eachother nervously. 

"What is it?" Harry asked, both of us crouching infront of them. "We never had clothes in our country. We had the rags we stole from the people and we held them together with gum." Sandy said earning a few sad stares from on listeners. 

My heart broke as I looked at Harry who looked at me the same way. "Well, you got us now. We're going to take care of you and make sure you and your sister get everything you need and more. We'll pick out an outfit for you to wear now so you don't have to remember what happened. You're safe now. Your new mommy and daddy love you very much and so do me and Harry. We're your family now. You don't have to be scared or ever steal anything." I hugged them tightly and Harry put one hand on my knee as the girls switched to hug both of us. 

"Adoption?" A woman asked sadly and I nodded, leading the girls to the section. "We can choose any of these?" Andy asked with her mouth opened in shock. "Anything you want princess." Harry kissed her head and she went wild with her sister, going through the racks. 

We ended up with at least a dozen outfits for them each and payed for the things. "Can we change now nina?" Sandy asked happily. "Of course. Let's go." Anne followed me to the bathroom with our bags and went with me into the big stall. 

"I want my black shirt with the white letters!" Sandy said as I pulled off her shirt and slipped the one she wanted on after taking the tags off. Sandy was dressed in her black Sunshine shirt with her black skinny jeans and her pink boots. I kissed her cheek and saw Andy was dressed in her dark jeans with her white shirt like mine and black and pink shoes. 

"Ready?" I asked and they nodded. We exited the stall and saw women giving us weird stares as the girls went crazy over their outfits in the mirror. 

"We never had this in our country!" Sandy was in tears making both mine and my mother-in-laws heart break. The ladies who were glaring at us softened their stare as the girls hugged us both. 

"See? I told you. You're safe now girls." I pressed kisses to their heads before we exited and they ran to show Harry their outfits. 

"Wow, look at how beautiful my two princesses look." He hugged them but they only giggled. "We got some more shopping to do." Harry said and held onto the girls while they walked ahead. 

"Do you guys plan on having children?" Robin asked and all eyes were on me. "We actually are, we're trying for one." "Who wants a kid more?" Anne asked and Gemma only rolled her eyes. "Her, obviously. Harry's always said he never wanted kids." Gemma's voice was on edge earning a glare from her mom. 

"Actually." I chuckled as Harry turned his head to me. "I begged her for one, thank you." Harry snapped and I glared at him. "Be nice to your sister." "She was being rude!" "I don't care. Be nice." I smacked his back lightly as he stopped infront of me, I wrapped my arms around his torso and he turned to put his arm around me. His arms was over my shoulders as we walked with the girls to the next store where we bought them toys and on to the next. 

By the time we got home we had a lot of stuff. The girls were eating their ice cream from the parlor since we had finished going out for Lunch, breakfast for me and my husband. 

"Nina I'm tired." Andy yawned, rubbing her eye tiredly. "Me too." Sandy was moving slow and I smiled. 

"You can go take a nap in our room, we'll wake you up when dinner's ready." Harry kissed Sandy's head and lifted her up, I did the same with Andy and we walked to our room with them. 

We set the girls in our bed and tucked them in, kissing their heads as they dozed off to sleep. We made our way back downstairs after closing the door slightly, still leaving it opened to hear if anything went wrong. 

Harry's hand grabbed my waist turning me to face him. 

"We need to have a baby. Now." He kissed me and I giggled.
