We were able to bring Leo home today. I was feeding him while Harry went to sign my release forms. I burped him, changed his diaper and changed him.
"Ready?" Harry asked as I was strapping him into the carseat. I nodded and changed into the pair of black tights and one of Harry's shirts that we had packed. I slid on my flats and intertwined my hand in Harry's as he carried the carseat and I carried the baby bag.
"You riding in the back?" Harry asked and I nodded tiredly and he strapped the baby in and I sat in the back seat. Harry drove and reached to the backseat to hold my hand as I rested my head against the front seat.
"You okay baby?" "I'm sleepy." I yawned and he chuckled. "You can get some sleep when we get home." He assured and I nodded tiredly and just gripped his hands and would occasionally turn to see if Leo was alright.
We arrived home and the first thing I did was feed my son and burp him before I walked upstairs with Harry. Leo was on Harry's chest asleep and I was curled up to Harry's side when I fell asleep.
I woke up to hear Leo crying but Harry had carefully untangled himself from me and took one of the prepumped bottles.
"Shhh little man, let's not wake up your mama. She went through alot to give you to me." I heard Harry whisper to Leo as he stood up and fed him. I admired my husband's shirtless appearance as he fed and burped our son.
"Let's go change your diaper so mommy thinks I'm useful. She'll probably divorce me now that she has you." He joked with Leo as he changed his diaper on the end of the bed. which made me chuckle. His eyes snapped to look at me and I patted the bed next to me.
"Shit. You got me introuble little man." Harry said and Leo laughed a toothless grin. Harry laid in his previous position and I placed a kiss on his lips.
"Don't listen to your daddy, he's crazy to think he's getting off easy and divorcing me." I spoke to my son when I carried him on my chest. "I love you." Harry grinned and I smiled. "I love you too." I pressed my lips to his and Leo whimpered.
"Awe baby, I can give you a kiss too." I said pressing a kiss to Leo's head which only made him smile. "Hey, that's my woman you're after you wise guy." Harry joked, playing with Leo before we fell back asleep.
A few hours later I woke up to feed the baby again but this time I was up for good. I took a quick shower, placing a pillow on the other side of the bed where I originally laid to make sure the baby didn't fall off and afterwards I brushed my teeth. I let Harry sleep as I walked downstairs with Leo and set him in the bouncer as I prepared breakfast for us which was literally just breakfast sandwiches.
On cue, my husband walked in and pressed a kiss to my lips. "Morning." "Morning." I said and handed him his plate.
"I was going to make breakfast." "You can make lunch." I promised and he grinned as we sat on the couch to watch some tv together. We would watch Leo sleep when it went on commercial and would gush about how beautiful he was.
"We did a good job partner." I said fist pumping Harry who laughed. "We did, partner." He pressed his lips to mine and took the dishes in the kitchen and washed them.
"I have to run to the club today. I don't want to but I have to make everyone aware of the new protocol and I'll swing by the office and finish up some files for you." Harry said sadly and I looked at him.
"It's okay, I promise. I'll be fine baby." "I'll wake up in the night, I promise. You can have him during the day but at nights he's mine. Are you sure about this?" Harry asked and I chuckled, pressing my lips to his. "Go." I said and he sighed, walking out the house and left me with my son.
I played with Leo a little, showing him his nursery and fed him. I ended up taking him a bath which he cried about.
"Oh I know baby." I cooed as he screamed when I washed all the dirt off his small body. "It's okay my love. Mommy's here." I said and wrapped him in the towel and he cried a little more when I got to my bed and exposed his fragile skin to the cold, unforgiving air.
I put a diaper on him quickly to make sure he didn't pee on me before sliding on a blue onesie with an elephant on it after putting baby lotion on his skin. I slipped on his mittens and pressed soft kisses into his skin as he slept. I wrapped him up in a blanket before laying in bed and getting a few hours of sleep.
I woke up to see Harry in the door frame with a smile. "How's my beautiful family?" He asked and pulled out a dozen roses for me. "What's this for?" I asked and he chuckled.
"For you. For making me happy and giving me a baby. For being my right hand, my best friend, my wife, my soulmate. My lover and my dreams. You're amazing and I saw them and how beautiful they were so I bought them. I'm going to love you until the last rose in that bouquet dies."
"Bu-" "One of them is fake." He whispered as he hovered over me and I smiled and pressed my lips to his. "Thank you." "Mhm. I felt bad for leaving you here by yourself. I brought pizza and wings downstairs." He said and I chuckled.
"I thought you were making me lunch." "I forgot but I will certainly assist you with any dessert." He winked and I grabbed his dick in my hands.
"Five minutes." We both said at the same time, putting the baby in the nursery before going back into our room.
