Chapter 23 - Airport.

Eilsa's POV.

Tom let Benidict in, after a quick drink of tea, we all left for the airport. I clambered into the back of Benidicts posh looking car while Tom sat in the front, making light conversation with Benidict. Every now and again, when we stopped in traffic, Tom would turn to me and ask me how I was doing and told me that everything would be alright. I always responded to same, a simple 'fine' and a small smile to thank him for his efforts. We were not far from the airport, so it should have been a quick drive, but thanks to endless rush hour traffic, we where kind of a bit late. But still able to make our flight. Great.

The weather was sunny, and the sky clear, which destroyed all my hopes of the plane not being able to take off. Or the plane being delayed or something. Anything.

As soon as I was out of the car, Tom had grabbed the lugage and was dragging me into the airport. Throught the big white framed glass doors and into the reception. This sudden burst of energy had taken me by supprise as I stumbled many times.

"Chris." I heard Tom quickly greet his Australian friend. I turened to face him, he smiled at me. I didn't know what to do after how I acted when we first met, and I wasn't good on apoliges. But Chris seemed to have forgiven it as he stuck his hand out for a hand shake. I gladly yet shyly took it, thankfull for the forgivness. But would Robert act the same? That was my only worry.

I was quickly introduced to his wife and new born daughter. They all seemed nice, which made me feel worse about what I had done. Robert then appered behind Tom, taking him by suprise. Tom didn't know Robert to well seeing as this was his first time working with him, but they seemed like good friends already. Robert seemed forgiving, but maybe a bit hung over about my druggy comment that I had made.

We then quickly gave in our lugage and had our passports checked, and then made our way to the waiting room. But as soon as we entered, I saw him. The last person I had ever expected to see anywhere, and he was just sitting there. In the middle of the waiting room, waiting to board the same flight as me. And it just made me flip. I started taling steps to the doors behind me. Tom turned to look at me suprised of my sudden action. Chris and Elsa took a seat as they tryed  to calm there baby who had bursted out crying, Robert was in the toilets, leaving Tom to try and calm me. But I wasn't going anywhere near that plane if he was on it. The man looked directly at me with a grin, his eyes flicking to the place where he shot me. I felt suddenly sick.

He was my parents Killer.

"Eilsa, what's wrong." Tom's voice broke through to me, he had my arm in his hand, and was trying to pull me back to the seats, but I struggled hard against him, his hand slipping off of me as my breating quickened and my heart beat raced. Tom's voice kept asking my the same question.

"No, not him, not him." My voice kept saying, with out my will, Tom was asking who, but I ignored him. My brain only focusing on the man. I suddenly broke free from Toms grip, and made a run for it. Trying to get far away from that man.

I ran down the what passes for 'clean' airport halls, far away from that man. I heard Tom shout to me, but Chris told him to stay where he was. Chris came running after me, he was faster then Tom and me, he was stronger to. I knew I couldn't fight Chris off, and so did he.

I reached a corner and quickly turned it, no idea on where I was going, just to where my feet lead me. Which wasn't the best idea seeing as what happened last time. I kept hitting into things making me stumble, my feet pounding hard on the floor.

As the exit doors came in sight, I put all my energy into my legs. Straining everything to reach them and escape. But then I hit something hard, and went flying far. Landing in a crumpled heap down by a plant. My body hurt, but I have had worst. I went to stand up and run again. But Chris beat me to it, pulling me up by my arm and holding it tight so I couldn't get away. I saw that what I had run into was Robert, who was trying to get up of the floor himself from where I had nocked him over.

"Why are you running?" Chris asked, Robert wheezed.

"I can't go on that plane, please" I begged him, trying to free my hand and run.

"This is Tom's big break, why are you so against going on the plane?"

"It's not so much the plane, more the person boarding."

"What?" Robert asked, his voice out of puff.

"... I need to go, before something happened please!" I begged deciding on not to tell them.

"No, you are going on the plane. Nothing will hurt you. Trust me." Chris told me, getting a better grip on my arm.

"You expect me to trust you, if I can't even trust Tom." I argued. My thoughts a mess as all I could think about was what that man could do. "Please."

Chris didn't reply to me, he just tryed to drag me back, but it didn't work. In the end he had to pick me up, but not like a normal person would, he had me by the waist so my body was just dangeling in an standing upwards position in front of him, I had my arms crossed over my chest as I neared the room, I had given up on begging to be relised a long while back, I knew Tom was angry with me, Chris was angry, and Robert was angry. Im just not a people person I guess. I was expecting the worst for as soon as I got to Tom again, but as soon as I was there, even though the passengers where boarding, Tom came straight to me, kneeling down so he was lower than me.

He hugged me tightly and said he was so worried about me, Chris and Robert went off to join the que leaving me alone with Tom.

"Eilsa, please, why did you run?" He asked, his voice raspy. I thought for a second, should I tell him? Maybe it's best if he knew, but on the other hand, if he knew he could be put in danger.

"Eilsa, nothing is going to happen, I won't let anything happen to you, ever again, just tell me so I can protect you." He pleaded, his eyes locked with mind.

"That man, over there." He turned to search for the man. "The one with greying hair and is tall, with the big black coat and black shades." I described him, my voice cracking from terror.

"What about him?" Tom asked turning back to me.

"He killed my parents."
