Chapter 16

Jungkook' POV

13 June, 2017
Dear diary,

I really am so bored! I miss my buddies so much! I wish I get admission in LA next semester. My parent have finally allowed me to move out. I'm so happy!

I love them so much! Talking about my day, I'm tired. The day was super duper tiring. I went out with my friends and and and Neil asked me out! But I said sorry.

I know I should forget about Daniel. And I'm actually over him. He is just a friend now. But Neil isn't my type!

Gotta go study. See you soon.

I turned the page and found the next one empty. I immediately checked the next page and smiled. It was there.

Dear diary,

I hate myself. Come back please.

I frowned as I read the words. Some of the words were smudged a bit but were visible. The rest of the page was blank.

Why was she sad?

"Kookie what's taking you so long?" Taehyung voice boomed into the room making me flinch as he entered the room all of a sudden. I immediately slid the diary into my backpack and turned to face him.

"I'm coming" I said with a smile. He nodded and walked away leaving me all alone once again.

I sighed. Reading someone else's diary was not a good habit but I would have died of curiosity if I didn't.

I walked into the kitchen. Jimin and Taehyung were sitting on the marble slap beside the sink while Sophia was putting cupcake mould tray filled with batter inside the microwave oven.

"Nemo let Kookie do it, he likes baking very much" Jimin said and Taehyung chuckled.

These guys will never stop teasing me.

"Really?" Sophia said with a smile. She looked impressed. She was wearing a yellow apron over her tee and a glove on her right hand. I didn't wanted her to know that I was scared of a microwave oven.

Weird right? I know.

But the fact that I knew almost all her secrets made me feel bad. She looked at me waiting for my answer.

"They are just teasing me..." I looked down and shook my head. I looked back up to meet her face, "Actually I'm scared of that thing" I said pointing at the microwave oven.

I expected her to burst into laughter but she furrowed her brows and chuckled, "Why?"

"I don't know it feels like it might explode anytime" I said. Jimin and Taehyung bursted in fits of laughter. I sighed exasperatedly.

Sophia just looked at me in disbelief. I knew it she would find it weird, anyone would.

"It's fine" she finally said with a smile. I looked at her quite surprised at her words. I was expecting her to burst into laughter but when she didn't it felt a lot better. At least for her I wasn't weird.

Soon the cupcakes were ready. Sophia wore the glove and took out the mould tray. The smell of chocolate filled the room.

"It's for evening snack" she smiled and I nodded.

Taehyung called all the others and they appeared one by one. All of them soaked in water.

Looks like they really had fun.

They went to their rooms and changed their clothes while we waited for them at the table. Once they arrived we soon had our lunch and gathered in the living room.

"Wanna go to the beach?" Jimin asked us.

I glanced towards the clock, it was 4. His regular timing for jogging no doubt he wanted to go out.

"Yeah! I was about to ask you guys" Sophia giggled.

"You guys go ahead... We will rest" Namjoon said and the others nodded and disappeared into their rooms.

We walked down the shore. The sky was engulfed with the orange hue. The sun was almost down the horizon. The sea was its own kind of blue as the orange hue took it under its own spell. Everything looked enchanted. Nature was no doubt beautiful.

Jimin and Taehyung walked ahead of us jumping like kids. This two were always like this. I was glad to have them with me. The little things the boys did for me was beyond anything. It never felt that we weren't related by blood, they were the ultimate brothers one could get. They all cared for me and always gave me more than I deserved.

"Chimchim..... hyung!!" I shouted and ran towards them and jumped on their backs making them stumble. They started laughing. Sophia got shocked at first but once she started she couldn't stop laughing too. I knew she never saw this version of me.

"Get off" they shouted and continued laughing.

"No way!!" I screamed.

It felt good to be like this with them. They weren't just my family, they were more than that and I loved them. They were my happiness. They completed me. Sophia was included too.

I wish they always Stay With Me.
