Date night (part 2)

The time has finally come for me to shine. Well not really. Just going out for date night, for like. The very first time in my life.

Oh god someone help me.

By now you might think, like any other normal monster, they'd be done asap with make up on, wearing a petite looking dress. Well not me.
I'm actually having quite the hard time making up my mind for practically everything. So I thought I'd ring the right person for this situation. In 2 minutes top, I hear the doorbell ring. My door slams open and in comes a desperate looking Treena. "Hey, I came as fast as I could. What can I do to help- Woah," she stops, eyes scanning all over my scattered room. "What happened here? Did Alice fall down the rabbit hole again?" she says sarcasticly. "Ha-ha, if I were in a better mood, I'd actually laugh," I say rolling my eyes. Treena steps over the pile of clothes that are thrown on the floor, carefully eyeing to where she's stepping. When she finally reached my place she slaps me across the face. "Hey what was that for?" I scream, anger boiling. "For not telling me about this any sooner," she says grabbing something from her bag (who knows what she keeps in there) "How was I suppose to know? He just told me like literally after school," I say cleaning up the mess on the floor. "oh" was her first answer, of all monsters, I thought she would be sensible in this kind of situation. She sits down on my bed, phone in hand, typing away at the speed of light. "Done," I say rubbing my back. "The place is cleared, so do what you must. Just try not to make me look like a clown in a chicken suit," she smacks me across the head, scowling at me. "Just sit back and relax," she says cracking her knuckles.

Oh god.

half an hour later. I think? I dunno. She was kinda fast, but eh who cares.
"Tada!  Presenting Marianette the new!" she says tapping the dressing table for the dramatic drum roll. I roll my eyes and turn around to look at the mirror. Hmm, not bad as I suppose. She didn't out do it, which is good news. It's simple but in a convincing way. She made me look a lot like my mother but in Marianette style.
"Sooooooooooooo?" she asks me. "It's.. um. Good. Not to much, not to little. I like it," I say honestly. She squels like a little girl jumping around my bed, but that's when I thought of it. "Hey Treena, how come you aren't getting ready for your date?" I say curiously staring at the relaxed dummy. "Date? Oh no, I cancelled it and told him there was an emergency at home. And by which, I mean a Marianette emergency. I was so exited, you never ask help for doing such things.  And when you told me you need help with your date, I couldn't help but cancel my own date to experience all this," she says smiling. "Awww you really love me do you?" I say teasing her. She just stood there still smiling. "Hey what time is it? I told my mom I'd be back around 7," she says taking out her phone. I myself, check my phone. Shoot. It's 6.56 pm, I'll never make it there in time. "Damn it Treens I've got to go ASAP!" I say taking a bag from my drawer, shoving all the things I need for this occasion. Whatever the things are, all I need is my phone and toxic perfume just in case of rapists. "Goodluck and have fun Marianette!" Treena shouts before I jump into the portal. I give her a simple nod and smile then into the portal I go.

As you expected on a date night, everyone is scattered all over town, I'm here stuck in a crowd on Earmons main street. I check my phone again for the fifth time to keep track of time. 7.05, I still have ten minutes left. Without thinking (since I am a ruthless monster) I shove the monsters standing in my way. Rushing to Chanté Aúr's restaurant, the monsters are yelling and pointing as I push them away. I didn't stop, I just kept going until the path clears away to a bright deluxe looking restaurant. This is it, it's huge, there's a monster standing by the Grand entrance, ushering a fancy looking couple into the restaurant with elegance and ease. I walk up to the monster and he stops me. Looking at me from head to toe, clearing his throat saying, "Hello, may I help you"? "Uhh yes, I have a date here by the time 7.15 with Justin Timberwood," I say shifting uncomfortably. "I'm sorry but we don't have a reservation booked with the name Justin Timberwood," he says lightly shooing me away. His attitude is sickening. "Excuse me? Is this seriously how you treat other monsters?" I say stomping my foot on the cold hard ground. "You are causing a ruckus here, leave or I may have to call the security," he says not bothering to be intimidated by me. "What the heck man!! Even for a monster, your just plain horrible," I spit at his face storming away from the scene. "Stupid. Who does he think he is?" I mutter to myself not looking at the direction I'm going. "OOF!" I bump into a monster. "Careful and look with your eyes stupid!" I say angrily, I look up to see hurt flash through the monster's eyes. "J-justin? S-Sorry, I didn't mean to-" "It's okay, I get that you were angry," he says helping me up. "Come on let's get outta here, we've got a date to attend," he smirks grabbing my hand. "But the monster I met earlier said there wasn't any reservation booked with your name," I say frowning. "I lied just to get you to dress like that," he says gesturing to myself. I blush a little but ingnored the feeling. "Alright then where are we going?" I ask as he pulls me through Earmons main street. "To my heart," he jokes and opens up a portal jumping in along with me.
We arrive to a deserted looking place, probably the remains of an old abandoned town. If we aren't going on a date then I'd be amused, so I'm a little confused as to which why he'd bring me here. "Oh come on, don't act like you don't like it," he says nudging my elbow. I stomp on his foot making him kneel in pain. "W-why'd you d-do that?" he says stuttering. "Oh so now you've come back to your senses huh?" I nudge him back. He murmurs something but I ingnore it. "So tell me, how do you do this date thingy?" I ask. "What do you mean how?" he says squinting his eyes at me. I try to make it obvious that I've never been on one before by gesturing to myself. "Don't tell me you've never been on a date before!?" Justin says clasping his hands over his mouth. I just stare at him, rolling my eyes by the fact that I'm sure he's been out on what, a bazillion times before and I'm just another one added to his list of 'dates'. I'm starting to regret agreeing to come to this date. What if he suddenly ditches me like one of those cheesy romance movies... Or.. Or.. What if he excused himself and ditched me for another chick. Damn. I'd be crushed. Tch... Not like we're in a relationship or anything. He probably asked me out cause he doesn't want to go out with Isabelle Le stuck up drag queen. "C'mon Marrianette, snap out of that wild imagination of yours already, we both know you want to touch me and all but please let's save it for after dessert, alright?" he says seductively. This time I let the bomb out, blushing like mad. "S-shut up Justin! How is your persona changing everytime. At first your all sweet and shy then you're perverted and seductive, really. How exactly do you do that Justin my dear?" I say returning back the seductiveness by sliding my hand over to his neck. He gulps at the sudden physical contact. "Stop right there lover boy, now why don't we save that for after dessert, alright?" I say coping his line. He whacks my hand off and crosses his hands, pouting. For 3 minutes I'm staring at him pout like a baby. At last he takes my hand in his dragging me somewhere along the old road way. He stops somewhere at an old abandoned building which some what looks like a cafe. The thing creeping me out is the fact that there's a dimly lit up light somewhere in the cafe. "Is this real or am I just imagining things?" I say. He shakes his head and gives me a smirk. He drags me into the cafe with a swift move. Like any other normal cafe, it has a vintage looking table sitting in the middle of the room with two retro style chairs. The walls are painted a fresh beige color and the floor looks like its been recently polished. Nothing like how the outside looks like.
Intresting...
Justin let's go of my hand and stands in front of me, brushing his arms and legs like there's dust spattered all over him. He clears his throat and grins widely. "Welcome to Cafe McJustin," he says and bows down like I'm his audience, okay so probably I am. "please take a seat mademoiselle," he says running to one of the chairs, pulling it out for me to come over and sit. I decide to play along and take the seat, "Why thank you, what a gentleman you are". He just smiles and runs the other side to take his seat. "Waiter! Our food please!" he says aloud. Upon hearing a slight grumble from the corner of the room, a figure takes shape. A tiny, bearded... Oh... He's got Taco to help him with this date.
This is getting a lot more interesting and odd...
"Your food has been served, Sir Justin and Miss Marianette. Freshly grounded black pepper eyeballs with deep fried chicken Oist along with the the crushed armoned Jeiiyo lettuce siding. Enjoy your meal. I shall be excused now," he says awkwardly, grumbling something under his breath, then scurries off back to the corners. "oh my gosh! These are my favourite!! How'd you get them?" I exclaim. "Well... I've got my resources, but let's not get to that yet, first of first let's enjoy the food," he says gesturing to the meal. As soon as he said that, I dug straight into the food. Eating the remaining slices of the Chicken Oist. I'm not wasting any good food tonight, this is a rare opportunity, why not take it?
