I adjusted my eyes to the light peaking through the shades in the hospital room, it took a minutes for me to realize what was reality and what wasn't, I was kind of upset that it was just a dream but it definitely would be one I wouldn't forget "sel?" I said looking over she had her hand on my shoulder and looked worried "I'm sorry I woke you up, you looked like you were having a bad dream so I woke you up" she explained, I hugged her and said "no it's probably a good idea you woke me up" I said thinking about how the dream would have went on "I'll go get us food, you aren't supposed to have and hard foods so I'll get you your smoothie" she smiled "yay, thanks sel" I smiled as she closed the door
Behind her, I was in that room alone, the whole time I was thinking about that dream, thinking about it gave me crazy uncontrollable butterflies, I couldn't even stop smiling when I thought of it, I am really hoping that dream was a sign and not my mind showing me what I want to happen, I was in deep thought and the door opening made me jump, my heart was beating fast it scared me "hey, the cafeteria isn't open yet I'm sorry" she said sitting on the couch "it's no problem" she smiled and looked up at me "so how'd you sleep?" she said, I felt deep inside that she knew what I was dreaming about but that impossible for her to know unless I sleep talk and I know I don't, I tried to think of a lie but I just said "alright, this hospital bed isn't the most comfortable thing in the world" trying to change the subject "oh yeah... I had a weird dream, me and you where at school right and there was a lock down and me and you were still in the hallways and this guy Was walking down the hallway we were down with a knife and he said "oh how cute, two little scared girls" and we were like "nuh uhhhh!" and he's like "well see about that" and he threw is knife at us and when I seen it was going for you I jumped in front of it and I was stabbed in the throat and I woke up" I looked at her with wide eyes and we both laughed "oh my gosh, you might watch a little too much horror movies" I chuckled "yeah, what'd you dream about?" I felt myself blushing and like I was sweating "I don't remember really" I said making it look like I was trying to think of it, but I was really trying to think of a lame excuse of a dream "oh yeah, I was at the hospital and it was late and I heard a weird noise so when I walked out and looked there was a zombie walking around and I was like "Ahhhh!" and it looked and me and started running at me and I ran back into my room and locked the door and when he got in I killed him with a pen and then millions came running in and then you woke me up" she was laughing hysterically "zombies?" she said laughing "yeah haha, I don't know why" it was a lame excuse but she bought it, she looked at her phone and said "yay the cafeteria is open now, I'll be right back" I nodded and she ran out of the door, I was alone again I was excited for my food now, it took a while and she was back with food, I took a sip and she said "wanna go out?" I almost chocked on my smoothie and looked up at her "I mean like out to walk around" I laughed and nodded "wait until I finish my smoothie, it took a while and but I managed to suck it all down as quick as I could, I checked myself out of the hospital and we took her car into town and walked around, it was weird because it was just like my dream.
I felt a hand brush mine and Looked down to see Selena's hand brushing mine "oh sorry" she said quickly pulling away, it was weird how that part of my dream happened, we walked around but never ended up actually buying anything, she drove me home and walked me up to the door, when I was about to walk in I felt her hand forced onto my shoulder, I couldn't help but feel the electrifying butterflies in my stomach, I just had a feeling that it was going to end up like my dream "are you going to school tomorrow?" she said, I was kind of disappointed that it didn't end up like I wanted but I nodded and went to walk inside I felt Selena's arms wrap around from behind me and she whispered "good" kissing my cheek and prancing back to her car, I was still in shock for how cute what just happened, I always smile at the thought of us together, I still couldn't get over the fact that today seemed just like the dream, it kind of
