Selena's P.O.V
My heart was racing, I felt complete even, the butterflies in my stomach where everywhere, I smiled from under her perfect pink lips, I went to kiss her again but the doctor came in and I played it like I was giving her a hug, he said "Mrs. Lovato we don't have great news for you" my heart sank and Demi's smile was gone
"Unfortunately you lost a lot of blood and will still get dizzy standing up, you are encouraged to stay just one more night so we know you're stable" Demi looked mad a little, she stood up and gave a sassy smile "I'm fine" she said as he looked down at his papers
"Well it's not required, you may leave but you must have supervision until tomorrow" she nodded and he walked out of the room to tell her mom what's going on, the second he closed the door she fell back on the bed holding her forehead, I reacted as quickly as possible and grabbed her, I set her down slowly on the bed and grabbed her smoothie putting the straw to her lips "you lied?" I asked, she looked up at me am of a small laugh
"No. I feel okay just a little dizzy, I'm sure Dallas will watch over me" she said sipping her drink, I was actually kind of hoping she would ask me to watch over her so I could spend more time with her, I sighed a little under my breath an she spoke up "or....." my heart skipped a beat I looked at her and said continued "Maddie could, I don't know ill figure it out" I nodded and looked down to my phone texting my mom

To: Mom

Hey, Demi is awake an she's okay, ill be coming home soon

She responded saying "ok" and I looked up a Demi, she was staring at me, I smiled and she did her adorable chuckle
"Sorry, hah I was thinking" she said I smiled and sat on the side of her bed "of me?" I laughed as a light tint of pink rose up to her cheeks, it was adorable how easily she would blush, I could tell her she looked good today and she would blush, gosh she's perfect.

Demi's P.O.V

I didn't realize I was starring at her until she notice me looking at her, I was thinking about her, if she would ever think of me more than a friend, I obviously had doubts, he is friends with Madison and Madison is close to the most popular girl at school, I am close to nothing. We sat there got a while and it was silent, I was watching tv and I could see Selena looking me out of the corner of my eye, it made me smile every time, and i kept playing it off like something funny happened on the show that was on, which i could tell she wasn't buying because it was actually the most boring show ever, she got a call a hour later from her mom, she was yelling "I thought you were going to be home soon, what's going on" Selena looked close to tears, she said "ill be there in a little bit." she had a blank expression and looked very unhappy, she grabbed her coat and purse and opened the door, "need anything really quick" I didn't have time to stop myself from my thoughts now, my heart spoke for me "you."
