"Whatchu think of the music video?" August asked me.

"It's really good, I like it a lot." I said, smiling at him.

"Me too." He replied. "I was wondering...you wanna go out for ice cream after this?"

"Sure I wouldn't mind. But this evening I have a concert tonight..." I began to tell him.

"Yeah, that's good! Atlanta loves you," August said.

"You're right about that, but I'm gonna be peforming with Drake..." I said, sighing.

"And what's wrong with Drake? He ain't bad," August asked.

"You don't get it. Drake is really nice to me and everything, but sometimes he does too much to win my heart. Yes I want a relationship but just not with him. He constantly sends me gifts and gives me them but it just doesn't feel right. It's kind of annoying." I told August honestly.

"Hmmm, how long has this been going on?"

"For a while now." I mumble.

"Well I'm not saying you have to do it now, but I just think you should sit down and talk to him and tell him to calm down on the gifts and everything. Because if you don't say anything he's gonna think it's okay and continue to do it." August told me.

"You're right and that's what I'll do after the show. Everything just seems so different now and I'm going to have to get used to it." I stressed.

"Sounds familiar?"

"Don't say his name." I raised my eyebrow at him.

"Come on Nicki, you're really gonna act like that and front that you don't miss him? Cause I know you do." August said to me and I rolled my eyes.

"I don't care about him, August I don't know why you want me and him together and you still condone him. Do you not know all that stuff he said about me to Debra?" I asked him again.

"This just doesn't add up. Yeah I only knew for a while that you and Chris was together and I found out in a shocking way, but when you told me all about y'all it was a lot of romantic stuff. What kind of man would throw all that away saying he wasn't happy? It doesn't make any sense, and Chris was real happy with you! You went all the way to Philly with him to get to meet his family and everything! You did everything you could to satisfy him and he did the same for you, so it makes no sense for him to not appreciate it all in the end!" August explained to me.

"So you're saying Debra is lying?" I asked him.

"I don't know! And you know what else doesn't make sense?!" August asked me.

"What?!" I rolled my eyes again with an attitude.

"You defending Debra now like that's your best friend when just 2 or 3 weeks ago you were complaining to me that she was getting on your nerves and pissing you off, saying how you hated her so much but here you are, defending her like she mean so much to you!" August told me.

After that I remained quiet because I didn't have anything else to say.

"You're quiet now because you know it's true! Look all I'm saying is I don't know what the hell Debra told you, but what she told you is hella off and it doesn't add up at ALL." August added.

He left the hotel room leaving me in there alone.

I know for a fact Debra isn't lying, whatever me and her go through she wouldn't lie about something like that.

I don't know what the hell Nicki is thinking at this point but it's definitely wrong. This whole story Debra told her don't sound right at all.
