Feeling Sick

You've been working in the company for a month now and you're suprised at how quick time flies by.

The very first day you work here feels just like it just happened yesterday.
Right now,you were typing some documents on your computer.

You were feeling a bit sick today as you were typing slowly,your gaze never leaving the screen.

It's probably because yesterday..stupid rain making me sick when I'm walking back home..

You grumbled in your mind,coughing a little. You shivered when you felt cold air hit your skin. You grab your jacket from your bag and wrap yourself with it,sighing quitely.

You continued typing despite your current state. Halfway through your work,you fell asleep. feeling all the energy you have drained away while you fell into a deep sleep.

~Time Skip~

You felt as if you've only slept for 5 minutes before someone was nudging you gently,trying to wake you up.

You crack your eyes open,still feeling sleepy as you turn to look at the person.

"(Y/N),are you okay? you've been sleeping for 2 hours and you're sweating a lot."Surin asked,concern and worry was written on her face.

"I-I'm fine.."you said weakly,coughing. Surin then made you sat up as she offered a bottle of water to you. You gladly accept it as you drank it all down.

"I think you should take a day off,you look very pale." Surin said.

You shake your head,"I'm fine just a bit tired that's all."

Surin wasn't all that convinced by your reasoning but nodded slowly.

"Alright but if you can't take it anymore then you should take a day off,I could tell them that you're sick,they will understand."

"Yeah sure."you then looked towards your computer screen,thinking that your work was still half finished.

You were suprised to find your computer screen black and beside it was a stack of papers,neatly organised.

"I did your job when you were sleeping and I printed them out too."Surin said,suprising you.

"Thank you..but what about your work?"

"I finished mine first after that yours."

"Oh..thanks again Surin."

She nodded,"You're welcome."

You then tried to stand up,using the table for support but almost fell when your legs failed you.

Thankfully Surin managed to catch you by your elbow before you fell.

"Woah! You should be careful."

You sat back down to your chair,sighing.

"Guess I shouldn't try to walk for a while.."

"Yeah,let me deliver the documents to them alright?"

You stubbornly shake your head,"I'll do it. You've helped me enough,it's time I should do my work properly."

"But you're legs--"

"Don't worry about it,I could walk after a few minutes of sitting plus I feel fine."you cut her off.

"You don't look fine to me."she said.

You shake your head again,"I told you,don't worry about it."

She then crossed her arms,"fine but I'm going with you."she then end the conversation there,seriousness was evident in her voice.

You merely nodded,not wanting to have another argument when you're feeling sick and weak.
