Chapter 11

Perrie POV:
After about half an hour of me and Jade just enjoying our bath in a comfortable silence, the water started to feel a little cold and me and Jade were both tired so I thought it might be best for us both to get out and get some sleep. "Jade baby? Are you ready to get out?" I say softly trying not to startle her but even then she jumped slightly at my voice. "I'm sorry bubba.. it's okay it's just me." I assure her as I play with her hair softly. "Yeah.. and sorry.." she speaks quietly and I can hear the exhaustion in her voice even if she had slept for an extra 10 or however many hours I had, she had been through so much. "Don't apologise sweetie it's alright" I smile a little and see a small smile cross her face as she looks up at me. I gently adjust my position and step out of the bath before Jade. I wrap the warm and white fluffy towel around my body and flick my wet hair onto my shoulders. Whilst we'd been in the bath and quickly washed my own hair as well as taking my time over Jade's. She loved her hair being played with and I could see her relax as I did so which was nice for both of us. I then pick the other towel up and hold it out for Jade: o an see her struggling to stand up as she tries to hide her pain. "Come here babe" I hold my arm out for her as I help her step out safely, I then wrap the towel around her scared body and pull her in close to me. "Love you baby, lets go and get our pjs. I want to do nothing more than sleep right now" I honestly feel like I'm just a walking zombie right now it's unreal. "Same.." Jade says quietly as she stifles a yawn making me smile a little.
We both walk into the bedroom and I usher Jade to sit down whilst I get pjs for the both of us. We both get changed into them and I help Jade a little as she struggles to put her top on and then o towel dry her hair just to make sure she doesn't get too cold. Even though it was only just past lunch time I don't think either of us were feeling at all hungry. We both settle under the covers and Jade immediately cuddles up to me as I gently wrap my arms around her. "Sweet dreams bubba, wake me if you need me okay?" I whisper softly. "You too baby but you need the sleep as much as I do so I'll be fine as long as your right here with me." She says as I smile to myself at how cute she looked all cuddled up closely to me. "I'll never leave your side jadey" and with that I see her eyes flutter shut and I finally allow myself to drift into a. Much needed sleep.

4 hours later
Perrie POV:
I'd clearly been in a pretty deep sleep when I'm awoken to the sound of muffled cries and mumbling coming from Jade who was still sleeping closely to me. At first I couldn't hear what she was saying, but as the cries got louder and I realised she was crying out for help my eyes shot open and my heart broke for her. She was as still asleep, clearly dreaming about the events of the last 24 hours. The shouts got louder and she began to thrash her arms around. "Jade, Jade baby it's okay it's just me, your safe now." I day ad I begin to sit up and hold her arms so she can't go any damage to either of us. "Jade, it's just me.. Perrie" I sat with a little more worry in my voice. She slowly begins to open her eyes and I see them fill with tears immediately as she comes back to reality. "I thought I was there.. I thought it was happening a-all over again Pez.." she sobs into my chest as I stroke her damp hair softly. "No baby no, it's just me. I've got you and I will never let anything like that happen to you again okay?!" I say to a very upset Jade. I could still see her tired eyes fluttering as she tried to stay awake. "Thank you Perrie... I'm so tired but I don't want the nightmares again.." she whimpers. "Baby girl it's okay.. you need to sleep otherwise your never going to feel better. I promise I'll be by your side the whole time. I ant promise that the dreams won't happen again but I can promise you that I'll be right here okay?" I smile as I lean down and kiss her lips softly. "I'm going to get dressed and sort some stuff baby but I won't leave the room, I promise" I assure her with my gentle words and she smiles sleepily "thank you Pez, your the best" I then fret out of the bed and settle Jade back down to make sure she's comfy before giving her a gentle kiss and walking across the other side of the room to bust myself.
