You walked into the casino flanked by Frost and Samuels, your heels clicked on the marble floor making everyone aware of your presence.

Heads snapped around and suddenly a hundred pair of eyes were boring into you. Cat calls could be heard from across the room but muffled by the sound of cards being shuffled, chips being scattered on tables and machines being played.

You walked deeper into the casino, past slot machines, roulette wheels and black jack tables towards a big round table with 20 men sat around it playing cards. You strutted past wiggling your hips as you did so catching the attention of the men.

You peered over watching these 'merry men' play a game, pushing in wads of cash for winnings, someone seemed to be keeping an eye on you watching them play.

"Lost sweetheart?" A gruff voice rang out.

You turned to face a tall, bald man with a grubby round face. He had a cigar hanging out of his mouth creating a cloud of smoke around his head.

"Hmm?" You said acting dumb "me? Oh no! I was just wondering what game you were playing" you smiled perkily at the brute.

"This ain't no game for a lady" he gruffed stepping closer, immediately Frost and Samuels stepped closer to you gripping their guns.

"Let her through" a voice came from behind. The bald man stepped aside revealing the owner of the voice who spoke.

He was tall and thin with sandy brown hair and tanned skin. He looked in his twenties but his deep chocolate eyes looked old. He was wearing a thin grey suit making him appear ghostly thin and unhealthy, he had playing card cufflinks and a silver chain dangling from his neck.

He was shuffling a pack of cards when he looked up at you "what's a pretty thing like you doing in a place like this huh?" He said, dark eyes twinkling.

"Oh my father used to come here all the time years back

"Oh my father used to come here all the time years back.. well so mum says. He left when I was young.. I was just trying to understand his life yknow? Maybe even meet him.." you lied - daddy issues always worked on men - your eyes wide and vunrable "sorry! Gosh! You don't even know me! Here I am talking about the father I never had.." you finished looking down shyly.

The thin man grinned wide placing the cards on the table. "Well honey, why don't you take a seat and I can show you how a real gambler plays" he said patting the chair next to him.

You giggled and weaved through a sea of men to get to the chair next to him, you sat down smoothing down your dress while everyone stared at your cleavage.

"Hi my name is Darla, nice to meet you!" You lied again in a sweet voice holding out your hand.

"People call me Gambit, but you" he took your hand "can call me what ever you like" he finished by placing a kiss on your knuckles.
