We all flee on the dragons, I weakly ask Indigo,
"How do you know about the people from the valley bellow?" While pulling the dart out of my neck. Indigo starts to sweat and we all know something's wrong.
"You're unwell, we need to get you healed somewhere. Somewhere safe!" she says.
"Why are you dodging the question?" I ask. Indigo starts swiftly turning her head around crazily. Finally she says,
"I stole something from those creatures" says Indigo.
"What could you have possibly stolen that'll make them want to eat you?!" I ask while sweating just as much as Indigo. I feel faint and dizzy. The dragons and the bats attack each other flying rapidly in the air. The sky is a blur of dragon fire and ancient darts. We're out numbered. Suddenly, the dragon Indigo and I are sharing is shot down from the sky. With the strength I have left I yell,
"Mayday! Mayday! Going Down! We're losing altitude!" Our dragon hits the ground dead from the mighty fall, yet Indigo and I are still alive. All of our dragons are shot down from the sky and killed on impact with the surface.Jason's POV
The bats retreat leaving us on the cold grey stone ground. We're all in tears at the loss of our dragons. Xanala seems the most traumatised. Ruairi hugs Xanala tightly. Amelia mourns as she crystal over Tormie's dead body. Louis' weak unconscious body lies next to another weak dragon.
"What did you steal?" I ask sternly.
"What?" Replies Indigo pretending to look innocent.
"I said What Did You STEAL? Don't get me wrong. I heard what you and Louis were talking about before he went unconscious" I say in an even more serious tone. Indigo sighs not wanting to tell us."I stole their magic healing staff" she says. She pulls a magic staff out from her cloak. A wooden tree branch holding a clear crystal.
"This staff is what gives me my healing powers" she continues.
"Healing Powers?! Is that what they told you?! That staff has gotten seven dragons killed!" I yell.
"We have to get rid of that staff! Give it back to those rotting little creeps!" I continue.
"No! We can't do that!" says Kanansu.
"Obviously that staff contains extraordinarily strong powers. In the hands of those undead monsters, they could bring terror upon the whole world!" She continues.
"But if we hold onto the staff! Those creeps will track us down like dogs and kill us!" Says Jason while reaching out for the staff. He grabs onto it. Indigo also then holds the staff with a firm grip. They pull on the staff. Putting tension on it like a tug of war."Hey! It's mine! Let go!" Yells Indigo.
"No! This thing will get us killed! We have to get rid of it!" Shouts Jason tugging even harder.
"Never!" Screams Indigo.Louis' POV
The poison has now been neutralised by my immune system. I am now in a dream. The dream is of a cold dark grave yard. A harsh cold blowing wind blows picking up grey dust and spitting it in my face. I can smell the fowl decay of rotting corpses. A murky fog washes over the grave yard. The fog is so thick, I can almost taste it. Suddenly the fog is enlightened by a blue glow. Another blue glow appears. And another. And another and another and another. The grave yard is now flooded with glowing blue lights. The lights slowly form into figures. They look like humans but they're my size. They're dwarves. Glowing blue dwarves. Then something in my brain clicks. These are the ghosts of a noble dwarf army.I slowly open my eyes. It's morning now. The orange haze washes over my vision.
"It's a curse!" I yell. I get up with an adrenaline taking away the staff from Indigo and Jason. I hold it to my knee and snap it in half. The two halves of the staff dissolve into ashes and blow away with the morning wind.
"Louis! What have you done?!" Yells Indigo. She starts to age really quickly until she looks withered and pail. Hundreds of years old.
"Great! Now I look old!" Yells Indigo annoyed.
"The curse is broken!" I say happily.
"What curse?" Asks Jason.
"Those creatures are the ghosts of a dwarf army! They were cursed by the staff!" I explain. Suddenly blue glows around us and the glows transform into thousands of dwarf warriors. One steps forward and walks up to me.
"You have freed us from the curse. Thank you" He says before disappearing. The rest of them disappear with him."Wasn't that magical?" I say with a chuckle. I look around all our dragons are dead. Suddenly my heart is filled with shock. Tears fill my eyes. I fall to my knees and cry over one of the dragon's dead bodies. A tear rolls down my cheek and after it falls off my cheek, it lands on the dragon's cold dead body. The tear soaks beneath the dragon's scales. It starts breathing. They all start breathing! The ghost dwarf king comes back.
"You freed my men from the most terrible curse and in return I am returning the life to your companions." From behind his back comes Ryu and Unrar!
"You brought them back to life!" I say happily. He nods and disappears. The ice sphere in my pocket starts to hatch. Emerging from the ice shell is baby breezy. HE'S SO CUTE!"Everyone! Here we are! The Realm of dragons!" Says Xanala.
