Ch. 2

Ariana

"Can we hold one of our dance practice to my old school?" I asked my manager.

Me and my manager are talking about our schedules while the others are eating.

"Well, yes... I think so.." She nodded. "But can you talk to the council? I still need to talk to the event organizers.."

"Yes, of course." I assured her.

"Well then, I think you should stop them." She pointed out to my mates who are eating too much food.

I chuckled and stood up.

"Hey! Hey! Hey! Too much food!" I snatched their foods away.

"Aww." They pouted.

"Now, be good cause I'm going to talk to someone important!" I said and left.

Kahit maarte yung mga yon mahal ko yun.

I asked our driver to bring me to Antipolo City.

"Antipolo ma'am?! I'm from Antipolo!" He smiled.

"Talaga kuya?!" I asked him.

"Ayy pilipino po pala kayo ma'am?" Tawa ni manong.

"Opo, bale pahatid nalang po ako sa DCNHS?"

Tumango ang driver at pinapasok ako sa van.

I'm wearing black high waisted jeans, White sando and camouflage jacket.

I do not really look presentable for a formal meeting but I think it's fine.

It took us a hour and a half to arrive on our destination. From Makati to Antipolo.

Pinark ni manong ung kotse at pinagbuksan ako ng pinto.

From driver to Guard si manong real quick!

Maayos kaming pinapasok ng mga guards sa campus.

I looked around.

Nothing much changed.

*Bell rings

Fudge! Lunch time pa talaga ako nakarating!

Parang biglang may sumabog na bomba at biglang umingay.

Siguro okay lang kung dumeretso ako sa classroom nila Joanah.

Naglakad kami ni manong sa gitna ng hallway.

I bit my lower lip when everyone suddenly looked at me. I don't really like too much attention.

I was feeling uneasy until a girl went towards me.

"Hi Goddess, I'm a fam! Thank you for always being positive on your videos! You inspired me to be confident about myself!" She smiled.

What she said warmed my heart. I love hearing our family saying that they are confident about their selves.

"Aww, is that so? Do you want a pic?" I asked her.

I pulled my phone out and put in on camera since I know they are not allowed to bring phones.

We smiled at the pic and I promised her to post it later.

I bid my goodbye and walked upstairs where my friends room are.

As expected the door is closed. Our batch doesn't really go out on lunch, we love spending lunch together while talking.

I knocked three times and opened the door.

I peeked in the door and their eyes widened.

"Ariana!" They all stood up.

"Hi?" I said unsure.

"Bibi ku!!!!" Sigaw ng isang babaeng tumatakbo papalapit saakin.

"Joanah!" I mimicked her.

She hugged me and jumped on me making us fall.

"Ahhh!" We squealed.

Tumawa ang buong klase at may mga tumulong saamin tumayo.

"Ari!" Sigaw sakin nila Vhera, Elah at Anne.

"Musta?" Inakbayan ko sila.

"Chocolate namin?" Bungad nila Jc, Mark at Rey Venne.

"Chocolate ka diyan!" Nanlaki yung mata ko.

Gash! Wala akong dala!

"Bakit ka nga pala nandito?" Tanong ng isa kong kaklase.

"So hindi ako welcome dito ganun?" Tawa ko. "De joke, kakausapin ko ung council para sa pangako ko ke Joanah."

"Ano yun?"

"Chiklet!" Dinilaan ko sila.

Nagstay pa ko ng ilang minuto sakanila.

Napadako ang tingin ko sa isang binata bago ako umalis.

Biglang bumilis yung tibok ng puso ko.

"Ariana, ang sakit ng ulo ko." Sabi niya at nag-nap sa armchair ko.

Gusto niya bang hilutin ko siya, dahil nakita niyang hilot ko yung ulo ni Joanah nung isang araw?

I bit my lip, I want to touch his hair! Huhuhuhu! Kaso lalagyan ng malisya nila Joanah!

"Sige mag nap ka lang mawawala din yan." Saad ko. Buti naman at hindi ako nautal!!!! Yeeeyyyy!

I bit my lip and I felt my face reddened.

"Naku ma'am! Okay lang po ba kayo? Namumula ho kayo!" Alalang sabi ni manong.

"Hindi lang siguro sanay sa araw ng pinas kuya." Palusot.com ko

Tumango si kuya at dumeretso na ko sa council.

Pinikit ko ang mata ko ng madiin trying to hide my smile kay kuya.

Maybe I miss the memories, not the person.
