Ariana

"Joanah, date kaya kayo ni Liam? Try mo lang!"

"Eeeehh! Wag na! Tapos ano?! Papaasahin niya ko?! Tapos iiwanan niya ko?! Aba! Ayos siya huh! Isa pa! Pagkatapos niyo ng bakasyon babalik siyang Italya!? Ayoko ng LDR!!-"

"Sira! Date lang para kang ewan!" Binatukan ko nga. "Ang importante make everyday memorable habang magkasama pa kayo! Tyaka, kilala ko yun si Liam! Di un paasa katulad ni *ehem mo."

Naghuhugas kami ngayon ng pingan sa sink, alangan namang sa stove diba?! Hehehe joke!

"Fine. Kelan ba?"

"Ngayon!" Ngiti ko.

"Ngayon?!?! Sige, sama ka! Tas may isasama din ako!!" Ngumiti siya ng genuine saakin.

"Okay, tawagan ko lang si Liam." Sabi ko at nagpunas ng kamay.

Ringing

"Ari?"

"Hey Liam, we'll have a triple date today."

"W-what?! With who?!" Nabigla ko ata siya.

"You and Joanah, Rey Venne and Anne, me, and someone."

"What time?"

"Right now?"

"On my way!" Pfft. Excited!

Lumapit ulit ako kay Joanah na kakatapos lang din sa kausap niya sa telepono.

"Tara na?" Tanong ko.

Dinaanan ko si Rey Venne at Anne sa salas at pumayag nama sila. Yung iba naman daw pinapauwi na.

Lumabas kami at sumakay sa sasakyan. Tinuro ni Joanah yung bahay ng kaibigan niya at unti unti akong parang lumubog sa upuan ko nang may nakita akong lalaki na naghihintay sa labas ng NAPAKA PAMILYAR na bahay.

Parang unti unti akong natutunaw.

Sa pagtigil namin ay bumaba kami ni Joanah. Buti nalang at sa kaliwa yung bahay nila kaya yumuko ako at lumabas sa kanan na pinto nung SUV para makapunta sa front seat.

"Jack! Sakay na!" Tawag sakanya ni Joanah.

Fvck Joanah! Fvck!

Pumasok siya sa SUV at umupo.

"H-hi..." Bati ko and I bit my lower lip.

"Hello..."

Why does this have to be this awkward?

Am I not pretty enough?

Hinanap ko agad yung phone ko nung tumunog yun kaso wala sa bulsa ko.

"Uhh, sayo to?" Bigay niya saakin ng phone.

"Yeah, thanks." Sinagot ko agad yung tawag.

"Liam, where are you?"

"The van behind you." He said.

"Okay c'mon, come here." I hang up and looked at the rear view mirror.

Bumaba siya galing sa van at naglakad papunta dito.

Kinatok niya ako sa bintana ko. Binuksan ko yung bintana ko.

"How do I look?" He asked.

"He's wearing a white polo, red cardigan that is tied around his neck, jeans and Converse.

"Fine." I smiled. "Get in."

He opened the door of the back seat. I suddenly saw him looking sharply at Jack. Tsk.

"È il nostro amico, niente di più."
(He's our friend, nothing more)

"Liam, this is Joanah and Jack. Joanah and Jack, Liam"

Nakipag shake hands sila habang nakangiti sila.

Thank goodness he stopped glaring.

"Hahahaha, really?!" Tawa ni Joanah.

"Yes! She slipped and landed on her butt."

"Liam! Can't you tell her any other stories?!?" I pouted.

He was telling my epic fails, not to metion I can hear Jack chuckling while looking outside the window.

"What?! Your experiences were fun!" He laughed. "Just like that time when we were in class and our classmate, John---." My eyes widened.

"DON'T. YOU. DARE. TELL THEM THAT." Nilingon ko siya

"He threw his cake on her face telling her happy birthday!" Natawa sila Joanah at Liam.

"Liam!" I whined. On my peripheral vision, I saw him looking at me while smiling.

"Ok, fine! I'll tell them other stories!"

"Good." I sat and sat back in place.

"So yeah, Ariana have this biggest crush on Gerald---"

I shot him my deadliest glare.

"I'll shut up!" He suddenly snapped.

We stayed in silence until we arrived at a restaurant.

Pumasok kami sa restaurant at pinagbuksan ni Liam si Joanah ng pinto.

Papasok na sila nang magkaron kami ng usapan sa tingin ni Joanah.

"Ba't siya?! Takte ka!"

"Bakit ba? Eh gusto ko siyang imbitahin eh! Tyaka partner kaya kayo damit!"

"Huh?" Napatingin ako sakanya.

Naka white tshirt siya at black jeans.

Pumasok kami sa restaurant at nakita namin sila Rey Venne at Anne sa six chair table.

Dumeretso kami doon at umupo.

"Liam, Rey Venne and Yvanne." Joanah introduced him.

"Hi."

Umupo na kami at nag kwetuhan.

Puno ng tawanan ang table namin, nakikitawa naman ako kaso mahina lang tas si Jack tahimik na nakangiti.

"Liam! Your turn to tell us a story."

"I was telling them earlier that Ariana had the biggest crush on Gerald and vice versa, so..."

"Liam!"

"It's fine! Don't mind her!" Singit ni Rey Venne.

"Umm, so she needed to exchange their notebooks to check their works, Gerald saw a letter between her notes saying...."

Naghihintay silang lahat nakatingin kay Liam, kahit si Jack.

"Excuse me." Tumayo ako bigla.

"T-tapos?" Napatigil ako sa paglalakad nang si Jack ang nag salita. "I-I mean, then?

"She instantly got the paper, crumbled it and put it in her mouth." They burst out laughing.
