(OLD) Darkness - OK K.O

Chapter Seven - Boxmore

K.O was walking through the forest, Venomous at his side. He was going to head to fight his former friends in the plaza, though Venomous wanted to do something else first. "You're probably wondering where we're going first," he declared, looking down at K.O.

K.O nodded. "Yeah, I actually was wondering," he responded, looking up at Venomous.

"We're going to Boxmore first," he said. "I want to show Boxman that it is possible to turn an annoying hero into a great villain."

K.O nodded again and remained quiet the rest of the walk there. He didn't really understand why Venomous wanted to show Lord Boxman what he had become, but he knew very well not to question it.

They stopped at a side of Boxmore that he's never seen before. "We get to enter this way," Venomous declared. "I've already told Boxman of our arrival so he is aware that I'm coming."

K.O followed Venomous through the door and stopped next to him. The door behind them closed and they seemed to go on an elevator ride up toward Lord Boxman's Lair. There was a ding and the door opened, revealing Lord Boxman on the other side, looking really nervous.

"Hello, Professor Venomous!" He declared, trying to hide the nervousness in his voice. "I can see that you uh -" he stopped when he saw K.O and jumped back, shocked at the fact K.O was with him. "IS THAT K.O?!? WHAT IS HE DOING HERE?!?"

"Don't worry, he's not a hero anymore," Venomous responded. "At least you have one less person to worry about when attacking the plaza."

Lord Boxman just looked in shock at Venomous, who placed his hand on top of K.O's head. "Though if you disrespect him just because he used to be a hero, I will make you pay, do you understand?"

Lord Boxman nodded frantically, too scared to even speak. "Also question, do you have any idea when the robots I have ordered will come in?"

"Uhh it should definitely come in soon," Lord Boxman replied. "While you're here would you like anything? Food? Drinks? I'll be happy to give you some!"

Venomous looked down at K.O, who didn't seem to pay attention to the conversation. "Hmmm, just a simple juice box for K.O will do."

Lord Boxman nodded and quickly ran off, which caused K.O to pull off the headphones he was wearing and look at Venomous with confusion. "Confusing at first, isn't it? Villains are basically normal people, the only differences between us and heroes is that we fight the heroes," he said, aware that K.O was confused about this.

Lord Boxman ran back with a juice box in his hand and gave it to Venomous, who then handed it to K.O. He smiled and opened it up, drinking from it like he hasn't had a drink in ages. After he was done, he looked around for a trashcan.

"Haha, don't worry about a trashcan, K.O! I got it!" Lord Boxman declared, grabbing the juice box and running back to where he came from.

"Alright, now let's go to the plaza," Venomous said, turning around and holding K.O's back as they left. While they were going down the elevator, K.O put the headphones back on and sighing to himself.

Once they were out of Boxmore, they started walking toward the plaza, though Venomous stopped K.O before they reached it. "I'll make a noise to bring them out, then you come out and fight them, alright?"

K.O nodded. "Alright."

Venomous made launched an attack toward the plaza, causing an explosion. K.O quickly handed Venomous his headphones and then ran toward the center of the plaza, ready to fight.

Enid and Rad quickly ran outside, ready to fight. "Alright, who are we fighting this time?" Rad shouted, looking around for a Boxmore bot, but didn't find one.

"I don't know, but I guess we'll -" Enid stopped when she saw K.O standing across from them, his fists clenched and his appearance different than normal.

"K.O?!" The two asked in unison, shocked at what they were seeing. He stepped toward them, not even speaking or looking behind him.

"Dude, we can't fight K.O!" Enid shouted as K.O got ready to attack.

"We might have to," Rad responded, looking back and fourth between K.O and Enid with worry.

As much as Enid hated to admit, Rad was right. They had to fight K.O, even if they didn't want to, because deep down, they knew that he might be stuck like this.

And never would be able to change back.

(A/N) The ending to this chapter was kinda iffy imo, I just kinda went with whatever, really. But other than that...The Boxmore thing was just something I added out of boredom. The ending of this chapter is also kinda rushed, so sorry about that.

ANYWAY, the new episode airs tomorrow, and I'm really excited!! (though I think I hyped myself to much that it's actually starting to die down even though I'm more excited than ever!!!)
