"Good Morning" Megan says when Sage wakes up. "Drew she's awake"
"I'll go get Scott" He says getting up as he was just asleep in a chair next to his sister.
"How you feeling" Scott asks.
"Like I wanna get back to work" Sage replies
"You are on leave, Medical leave for a week and I told your Army boss and he said he couldn't use you on missions till he had doctors approval. When I asked if that meant Kara was gonna have to go back overseas he said it was out of your control so he thought it wasn't a fair thing to do to you"
"Thank you" Sage says.
"We also have a little surprise for you" Megan says.
"Come on" Drew says helping his sister into a wheelchair.
Megan runs ahead to the pediatric oncology ward.
"She's coming you guys ready" Megan says sitting at the piano.
"You know I'm back like I never left

"Glad to see your getting through this" Karen says hugging her.
"You're gonna get outta here to" Sage says to the five year old.
"Stay with us?" A child asks.
"Jackie you'd have to ask this guy" Sage says pointing to her brother.
"Mr. Big Tall Doctor Guy can she stay?" Jackie asks.
"Yeah Mr. Big Tall Doctor Guy can I?" Sage mocks.
"I don't see why not" Drew replies.
"Thanks Dr. Man" another kid says. "Sage play your Cello"
"Larry what song shall I play?" Sage asks the little boy as she unpacks it.
"The new one you showed us not last time but the time before that" he responds.
"The songs called radioactive Jared" Another kid replies.
So Sage plays it unbeknownst the kids would sing along.

"Those kids really like you" Drew says looking down at his sister.
"I feel bad they spend so much time in this hospital. I feel like I'm actually doing something meaningful" She replies.
She gets back into her hospital bed before shutting her eyes to get some rest.

"Hey Brianna" Melissa says running to catch up with her friend.
"Sorry what was that?" Brianna asks.
"What's wrong?" Melissa asks.
"Nothing" she replies hiding her emotions.
"I know you something's up" Melissa says.
"Sage can't seem to win in life" Brianna responds.
