I was woken up by being pushed out of my bed. I fell to the floor with a loud groan. "The hell...?" I growled as I sat up holding my head. The Seed Eater was sprawled out, snoring quite loud and taking up every last inch of my bed. If this thing is going to be staying with me, I need to go shopping for a VERY big doggy bed.

It stirred and lifted its head, yawning, its breath smelling like rotting teeth. My nose wrinkled up in disgust. It's head swivled toward me and for a moment, we stared at each other. It's beady black eyes staring into my large green ones. I broke contact first and stood up, walking over to my dresser. I was aware of its gaze following me everywhere I went.

"Are you really just going to sit there looking at me...?" I asked, looking at it over my shoulder. It shrugged and continued to stare. Letting out an exasperated sigh, I rummaged through my clothes, pulling on a pair of ripped skinny jeans and a navy blue vneck fitted t-shirt over my underwear that I had slipped on. I ran a brush through my hair, pulling it into a high ponytail.

"Ok!" I said, putting my hands onto my hips. "I need to go grocery shopping. You need to stay here. Alright?" I looked at it, my voice and my gaze stern. Backing away, I grabbed my purse and my keys off of my dresser. "Stay." And I left my room. I was half way to the door when I heard the click of its claws on my tiled floors behind me.

"You can't come with me." I said turning to it. It's eyes were expectant and large. I felt my heart swell and a small smile appear invoulentarily onto my face. It is kind of cute...

"Ok fine. But you have to stay in the car alright?" I said, slipping on my shoes. It followed me to my car and I opened the back door for it, which it crawled into. The car weighed down, the back bumper almost touching the pavement. I felt my breath catch in my throat. Oh my poor beetle.

Swallowing back my worry for my little Volkswagen, I walked around the car to the drivers seat, clambering in and starting the engine.

I rolled down all of the windows and chuckled as the Seed Eater hung its head out of the window, its tongue hanging out of its mouth like an excited dog. I turned my left turn signal on, turning onto the highway that leads to the Walmart. With the radio blaring in my ears, the wind whipping past my face, and the sun on my skin, I could feel that today was going to be a good day. Although those thoughts were quickly disapated when something black darted across the road about half way down the highway. At that moment, I totally forgot my driving lessons. Instead of hitting it to avoid serious accidents, I slammed my foot down onto the brake. The Seed Eater was launched forward. And so was I. My seat belt unclicked and I was forced hard into my steering wheel. I groaned in pain and checked my rearview mirror only to see a car surprised by my sudden stop, barreling toward me. It hurrled into my car, sending me flying through the windshield and onto the street about seven feet away with a shower of glass.

"Ok ok let's get her into the emergency room!" Someone screamed. I was laying on something fluffy.... But when I tried to open my eyes, white light that burned my eyes met me. I squinted around and see people in blue and green scrubs were running beside me. Though one stood out. He was a tall male, wearing white scrubs with blood splattered across the front. His face was covered up but his black hair was pulled into a pony tail and trailed down to between his shoulder blades, slightly brushing his mid back. His eyes showed more concern than the others, and when they found mine, they widened considerabley. Memories. So many memories at once rushed back at one time. Feelings that pulled on my heart, tearing it in all directions. I opened my mouth to say something but instead a splatter of blood burst out. My breathing became heavy but still, I felt tears rushing down my face. But soon, I could only think of two things. 1: I can't breathe and 2: Jeff.

I woke up again in a white room. There were muffled voices and the occaissonal "beep" of the heart monitor. My head fell to the side and I saw two male figures sitting in chairs. One had shaggy brown hair and was wearing a blue pull over hoodie and the other, that doctor that looks so much like Jeff. His elbows are on his knees, and his hands folded in front of him, his two index fingers at a point with his chin resting atop them. I caught his intense gaze before I lost consiousness again.

The next time I woke up, I stayed awake. I was in a diffterent, larger hospital room with IV tubes connected to my arm. I am alone. And it's quiet. Too quiet. I slowly sat up, met with a horrible headache. I put my head in my hands and try to piece my memmory together. I remember the crash. I remember the Seed Eater, who's probably watching me from somewhere. And there's that doctor.... He looked so much like him. And as if on que, HE walked in. Jeff. The Jeff. No doctors uniform, no disguise, and no smile. Which was sort of weird. He's much taller. His long black hair pulled into a ponytail. He looks so sturdy. So much more muscular.

My mouth went dry as he walked over to me and picked me up. I freeze, my eyes growing wide.

"Questions later. Right now, my first priority is to get you out of here. We're being hunted."
